Serop's Express Jefferson Hwy (Mid-City) — Restaurant in Baton Rouge

I have been going to this place for almost 2 years and I always order the same meal with or without a soda. I went there September 1st and food was good as usual but something made me check my account. I was charged twice and it was two different amounts. I called up there and told the guy “ hey I think you all charged me twice by accident.” He asked for a lil info and told me ok, just come back up here for your refund. I didn’t feel like going back out so I said hey I’ll just come tomorrow. Then I thought about it. No let me go now before it’s some confusion. So I got up and drove way back over there and the guy at the window kept trying to tell me it’s still pending. Ok, I see that but it should not e on my account twice and for two different amounts. So he calls the boss and I was told leave my info and they will get back to me.

Now I’m passed. I was told to come back and get my refund now you want to give me a song and dance??? I’m showing you I was double charged, I was told to come back for a refund now you making me wait??? You don’t know if that $20 you took was my last, it could have been gas money to get to work it could be $20 out of my rent money that I am now forced to pay late. Everyone at that place know me my car and I always come there. I’m going to give my self the title of loyal customer and you gone make me wait for $20??? You gotta prove I was really double charged. My proof and word isn’t enougH? OK…. I looked through my bank statements and saw just how much money I have spent. At this place over the last two years and it’s a lot. You have lost me forever as a customer behind $20 and I will post this bad review everywhere I can. I need to look at my account to see if they have done this in the pass. It might be a lil scam you all...

Serops is CONSISTENTLY delicious and CONSISTENTLY fast! I have eaten here dozens and dozens of times and just recently I realized that I had never once had a bad word to say about any part of the experience. The food always tastes exactly like it did last week and last week it was delicious. And even when the line is literally waiting outside the door of the restaurant, I'm never waiting for more than a couple of minutes. The staff is always charismatic and friendly. If they're not boxing up an order at lightning speed, they're asking how your day was, they're addressing you by name. This is the restaurant to beat, as far as the lunch rush goes. There's nobody that does it better. It's fast as hell, it's cheap as hell, but it does not taste like it. Definitely will eat here...

Went here for my family hot 3 salads and we all were disappointed. The bread was so dry as well as the chicken. The whole salad was salty like we never had an experience this bad the girl who took the order was horrible rushed me through my whole order as well I try calling them back on the number on the receipt the man said it was his personal order and he wasn’t for the company. Try calling again from another phone and said I will like to place an order the same man that’s lied told me to go ahead with my order and when I try explaining that it was the right number and how he lied the whole time he hung up the phone.
