My recent experience with Smoothie King was incredibly disappointing and frustrating, to say the least. Despite being a loyal customer who frequently places orders through the app, my latest encounter left me feeling utterly dissatisfied and disillusioned with the level of service provided.
Upon arriving at the designated location to pick up my order, I was met with a shocking revelation: the employee informed me that I would have to wait an additional 20 minutes before my order could be fulfilled. This came as a complete surprise, as I had placed my order well in advance through the app, expecting it to be ready for pickup upon my arrival. The lack of preparation and foresight on the part of the staff was both baffling and unacceptable.
Faced with the prospect of waiting an unreasonable amount of time for my order, I made the decision to cancel it altogether. However, what ensued only compounded my frustration. When I requested to cancel the order, the employee informed me that she did not know how to process cancellations. This admission of incompetence was alarming and indicative of a severe lack of training and oversight within the establishment.
Seeking a solution, I inquired if there was anyone else present who could assist with the cancellation process. To my dismay, the response I received was equally disheartening: the general manager was not on-site, and therefore, the order could not be cancelled. This blatant disregard for customer satisfaction and basic operational efficiency was nothing short of unacceptable.
As a result of this woefully mismanaged situation, I have lost all faith in the professionalism and competence of this particular Smoothie King location. The utter lack of accountability and preparedness displayed by the staff reflects poorly on the establishment as a whole and raises serious concerns about the standards upheld by the management.
In conclusion, I will not be returning to this location, nor will I be patronizing Smoothie King in the future. It is my sincere hope that this review serves as a wake-up call to the management team, prompting them to reevaluate their practices and invest in comprehensive training for their employees. Customers deserve better than the subpar service and unprofessionalism I encountered, and until significant improvements are made, I will be taking my business elsewhere.

The staff were extremely unfriendly. Not even a smile. The manager was very arrogant and disrespectful and this is in the middle of the day at 2:00 p.m.
When I walked in the store, I almost had to close my ears the music was blaring extremely loud. I could not hear or understand anything that the server was saying other than see her lips moving.
I asked a simple question about how many grams of protein would be added if I included the boost. The order taker did not know and had to speak to the manager on her headset and they could not hear or understand each other (maybe they should turn the music down).
I ended up changing my order just to avoid having any type of conversation because it was impossible.
The manager was extremely rude and she just waived her hand away gesturing to basically go away. That is despicable and unacceptabl and extremely unprofessional.
The place was filthy; the glass, the floors, and the seats. Everything was nasty. How does the health department keep this place open?
In the midst of all of this, I walked out and I never scannedy rewards app and never got points for my 44 oz drink.

Read more7 pm today. I need the manager to see this. Roll the camera! I was at the window placing an order. The lady began to take my order and she stopped communicating. I waited. And said hello several times. No one answered. I went to the door and it was locked. The two employees were inside doing nothing .. just chit chatting. I knocked on the door and kindly asked them to take my order. Why was the door locked? Is the inside now closed? Anyway, I walked up to the window and knocked they both looked at me for a long period of time and did nothing. Then one girl pointed at me and told the girl taking orders to come. She opened the window and said she couldn’t hear me very rudely. I told her I needed to place an order …so I did. I drove around to get my car to pick up from the window as it was raining outside. She gave me the drinks I said thank you and she slammed the window closed. She didn’t apologize for the inconvenience or say Thank you. She just rolled her eyes and slammed the window. This was the worst customer service ever! Customers shouldn’t have to be disrespected, ignored or feel as if they are bothering employees.
