PLEASE close this location down immediately. I always order ahead on the app and it’s never as convenient as it should be. This time took the cook. I placed an order specifically for a lemonade add strawberry (basically strawberry lemonade, but I do it this way because they always confuse it with a limeade) and a double bacon smasher at 2:21, app claims it would be ready at 2:33, which I expected it not to be because they’re NEVER ready when I order. I pull up to the drive thru (the check in system never works) and pulled into the first lane which should have been a sign. The driver ahead of me was literally at the speaker for 5 minutes, no movement or anything. Another driver pulled up in the other lane, the worker came on took their order and they went along. So I just pulled out and into the other lane, they asked for my order, I informed them I had a mobile order and they asked me to pull ahead. Now, the other driver in the other lane that was already taking long, was pulled up in front of me. It’s now 2:50 waiting behind this vehicle and I still have no order. A worker comes out with a blue raspberry slush and asks if it’s mine, I said no I’m waiting on a mobile order and he says oh yeah, I’m brining yours out in a minute and proceeded to bring the slush to the driver behind me. 5 more minutes, the same guy comes out and lets me know that they have no strawberries so they can’t make my drink. What? You didn’t know you didn’t have strawberries when I placed the order? Bettter that, when I said my name at the speaker? That’s all I wanted so I asked for a refund, of course, they don’t handle or can’t give refunds like what? I don’t want anything else. Then I mentioned the wait time and how the driver in front of me had clearly been a hold up a while and he goes on to say well she asked for all of her food to be remade and we’re dealing with that. Read moreI just wanted to take a moment to say thank you. Tonight took a little longer than expected, and I was initially a bit upset. However, today I had the opportunity to speak with GM Tarsha and her supervisor Kristi, and I gained a deeper appreciation for the hard work you all put in.
I understand that this location is running with a very small crew – just a cook, an operator/waitress, and a server bringing out the food – yet you still managed to handle multiple cars and keep things moving as best you could. I truly appreciate you all for coming to work, even during difficult times, and for making my food and drinks.
I pray that God continues to keep you all healthy and safe. I know fast food can be a challenging job, but remember to keep God first, stay obedient, and trust that He will unlock so many doors for you. Tarsha spoke very highly of each of you and genuinely appreciates your hard work and dedication.
I also want to share a little of my story. I’ve faced my own challenges. When I was younger, there were days without food because of my father’s struggles with addiction. My mother, a nurse who still serves others today, worked hard to provide for us, and I pushed through to become the nurse I am today. So, don’t give up. Even when it rains, remember the sun will shine, and the flowers will bloom again.

Read moreThe Crew member didn’t know what burger promotions they had going on. I kept trying to order but she kept saying she didn’t know what number combo I wanted. It wasn’t on their regular menu, it was advertised on the stall. After about 5min of going back and forth, I gave up and ordered a fish sandwich. My drink was a Grape cream slush. I added another #4 with tots and a Sprite. She upgraded to a large even after numerous times telling her that i did NOT want a large. After my total came i tried to pay with my card, the card reader didn’t wrk. I know that’s not their fault. The cat hop informed me they were out of ice cream. Never had that problem EVER this is not MCD. I changed my drink to a peach slush. My fish was HARD as a brick and my fries were cold. My drink ended up being a Grape cream slush like i requested BUT the cup was full of syrup and ice cream on the outside and wasn’t spun correctly.
