I have been a customer here at Starbucks on O’Neal lane for god knows how long I have never felt uncomfortable coming here in the mornings after I drop my children at school to get a cup of coffee and a grill cheese bottle of water after I have emptied my tummy in a PUBLIC restroom after having to take a detox supplement everyday before eating due to a digestive problem.there’s a young lady by the name she so calls herself cloey (very sweet) that stalks me to the bathroom everytime .. she comes to the seating tables to talk to another coworker I’m guessing a manager out loud about her brother giving her crackhead vibes I come here to research and relax while I have a cup of coffee and whatever else I would like to purchase here my father was an attic but I’m not going to blurt his personal business out loud in public seating area .. and not being pushed into buying what you believe I should try .. thanks for offer after chips .. popcorn .. coffee .. water.. I’ll pass .. I arrived a little after that and couldn’t get into the parking lot to park because of the drive thru line, so I went to the Waffle House next door and parked there. Ended up stepping in mud trying to get to Starbucks (not y’all’s fault but I was already annoyed). I got inside around 9:15 and only my drink was ready. I asked a barista who was picking up orders for the drive thru line and she said they were a little behind on orders. I sat and waited about 10 more minutes and then went up to the register to ask. The girl there seemed confused when I showed her that I ordered a pastry too and she said they were a little behind and went back to check. Like 5 min later she came back and said they were out of the pastry I ordered, that was the issue. She didn’t offer anything to replace it with so I just said I was leaving and walked out. I called the store and they said I could come back for them to give the stars I used on my app back to me, but I’m 100% not doing that because I’m not dealing with this parking lot again. This morning, I ordered a cold brew coffee with sweet cream cold foam on top, as I do often, and received a vanilla sweet cream cold brew instead. I let the new female barista at the front know and showed her and her coworker what I ordered on the app. Rather than hear me out and offer to remake my drink, they insisted it was made correctly and told me to "taste it". The drink was made incorrectly and the pictures attached show what it looked like when I got there, unmixed. I showed up maybe 4 minutes after I ordered it and left after this confrontation because I didn't have time to argue with two baristas over something that they should know simply by looking at a blatantly creamy drink that's supposed to be black iced coffee with foam on top.
