Stopped in for my first visit today—I asked what was in one of the drinks listed as “popular” and instead of answering my question and telling me the ingredients, the girl turned around and poured me a sample and just handed it to me without saying anything. When I went to smell it and take a sip she said “so it’s tea with whole milk—” and I said “oh I’m sorry I can’t drink whole milk” and she had the audacity to tell me “next time something is milk-colored you should think to ask what’s in it.” I told her that was all I wanted from the beginning and that I had never even asked for a sample. I continued to ask other questions about the menu and she had no idea what was in any of the drinks. If the staff can’t control conveying this information then lactose items should be denoted on the menu somehow and better service should be instilled in the employees. Ordered just a regular tea with tapioca boba, got home after drinking it in the car and immediately threw up. Not sure if the boba was old, but the food was sitting in plastic under a lamp so there’s no way to know how fresh anything is. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone I know and definitely won’t be back—there’s much better tea places...
Read moreI’ll be honest I’ve been here at least 5 times this month alone. The customer service I got today was terrible. I ordered a large fruit tea with the less ice option and noticed the ice was half way filled in the cup. The girl was sweet and was about to change it but I’m assuming the manager stopped her in the process. She even gave the cup back to me with the top removed. UPDATE: Owner replied basically saying I was a liar. If your business was built on integrity you would have been all about customer service. I was not looking for a refill or refund of any sort however giving less ice and refilling the drink would have definitely corrected the issue. I guess I peeled the top of my drink off too right? Which definitely is a health violation. Integrity?? Yeah right. Again to the public choose wisely there are plenty other great places for Boba. This is personally one place me or my friends will...
Read moreThis place was a joy from the beautifully decorated and set up outside area to the super welcoming and comfortable environment inside. Customer service was top notch with a team of people that seam to love what they do. The product they create shows the amount of effort they put in it. I tried the Vietnamese coffee and strawberry sweetheart smoothie with dragon fruit balls. Best Vietnamese coffee I have ever had and the smoothy was really good. I sampled a number of their sweet and savory pastries and they were all fresh and package beautifully for takeout. I only wish they would incorporate red bean into one of the sweet buns. I highly recommend coming in with friends and relaxing here while enjoying...
