This is my FAVORITE Taco Bell location. Me n my daughter always come here and I always order the same exact thing and thereās NEVER been a problem but TODAY was a different vibe. I always order my Mexican pizza with sour cream and onions⦠but I guess they felt the need to be funny and put 5 scoops of onions on my pizza. I scraped half of them off and ALL my cheese and sour cream came off with the EXTRAAAAA onions. I walked to the counter with my pizza and told the young lady that there was no cheese left on the top of my pizza snd instead of fixing it she told me āshe watched them put cheese and sour cream on my pizzaā so I said never mind imma eat it. And I went back to my seat⦠the two older women in kitchen then started staring me down ⦠every time I looked up they were looking at me and kept looking like they were trying to intimidate me⦠and I even asked out loud a Few Times what the problem was because I didnāt even get my pizza re made⦠and every time I looked UP one or both of them was staring at me⦠yea. My Mexican pizza taste like a pile of onions⦠you know it did . And yes yall made my visit uncomfortable and even worse yall r teaching the younger girl to be extra bad at customer service and you should b ashamed bc I also work in customer service and when SOMETHING IS MESSED UP Im not combative ā¦. I just fix it⦠the customer is paying for it⦠I wonāt be back. Ā Ā Ā Read moreNot sure if this is regarding the Coursey at Jones Creek location or O'Neal location since I went to both trying to get food. So I went to the Coursey location first. The drive through line was maybe 7 or 8 cars deep. After almost 10 minutes of waiting and the line only moving 1 car, I decided to leave and go to O'Neal. Line there was about 5 cars deep. The line was moving slow but at least it was moving. Finally got to the order speaker. First thing I asked for was a steak burrito they have at the top of the menu. Voice said "we don't sell that". I told the lady that I'm looking at it on the menu. No response, silence. So I just ordered 8 crunchy tacos for my wife and I. This lady didn't say much other than giving me a total as I gave her my card. She sounded angry. Gave me my order and card back without saying another word. Got home and there were bonus tacos in the bag. I counted 10 tacos. Whatever. About half the tacos were half empty and most had broken shells. They were crumbled when you pulled the wrapper off. I still come here because of the professionalism, but I might stop. Today I spent more than I normally do at taco bell- $9 and something, and I am full, but no where near as full as I expected. Half of the nacho fries box was empty!
At other locations I could spend $5 for the online cravings combo and have food left over for the next day.
I think I'm going to come back here once or twice in the next month or two, weigh the food items, and compare them to other locations. Expect an update in the next 1-3 months. Hopefully the owner of the franchise doesn't change the weights for these months after seeing this- haha.

Eh. The food is alright. I'm not a huge fan of the California cancer warning listed on the website.
