On November 16, 2025, I arrived at this location to pick up a DoorDash order. The staff looked busy, so I sat and waited for the customer’s order to be placed on the counter. After nearly 20 minutes, the male server finally asked if I was waiting on an order. I said yes and showed him my phone. He responded, “Oh, it’s a DoorDash,” and immediately pointed out that the order had been sitting there the whole time.
The female server had prepared the coffee and left it on the counter before moving on to another order. Read moreI’ve left here at least 3 times unsatisfied in the last couple months, forgetting to put sweetener in the coffee, making an iced coffee when it clearly says hot, just not having attention to detail for online orders. Usually I give them a pass, but not today. I waited in the drive thru for almost 30 minutes just to get to the window and be asked “what you ordered?” The employee said their system went down, but never let me know and never tried to correct the issue, just looked at me. Read moreI stopped in on a hard day. Apparently my face was showing it. The lady who took my order was Nelo and as soon as she saw me at the window asked me if I was alright. Told me I was stronger than I realized and life's going to get better. She even said she wished she could hug me but we held hands instead as she not only gave me my order, which was perfectly made, but also compassion to get through the day.
