I used to LOVE this Sonic, but tonight was by far the worst experience I have ever had there. It looked like there were 2 employees working, no one knew what was going on, one employee was sitting behind the building for awhile while the other younger looking one looked stressed out doing all the work. He seemed like he was also possibly new because it didn't seem like he knew how everything worked. He asked what stall we were in when we pressed the button and then came out to take our order because he couldn't hear. He tried to remember it all and almost got it right, but did have to go back to fix one or two things. I felt bad for the kid... so I gave him a little extra tip and told him he was doing well handling himself under such pressure. I'm not sure what was going on, but clearly management there is terrible. They need more employees and that kid working himself stressed deserved a raise for everything he was doing and the way he was being treated. The company should be ashamed of themselves for the way they are running the place. Lots of cars left before ordering or getting their food (we came close, but as I was backing out he was bringing the food so we stayed). I wouldn't recommend going there until management fixes their mistakes and how they are running that place... because right now it's just a joke and a waste of...
Read moreOrdered through the app. got to the restaurant and checked in and it showed my order on screen and it said in the kitchen. sat in that status for over 40 minutes and then order disappeared off screen. I pressed the button to speak with a store employee and after 10 more minutes no one answered. I went to the door and the manager said she didn't know what happened at all and saw no order for me. There was a crowd of at least 6 other customers at the door complaining to the manager with the same problem of having been there for 1 hour and no food. The store employees told us they didn't know what was going on and said " yall might as well get comfortable out there til we can try to figure out what to do" I finally just left the store without my order

Read moreEvery time I have a long day at work and I just wanna inhale some fast food and a good burger, my wife and I head over to this specific Sonic's (she loves the fries and grilled cheesies). I can't tell you how many times this Sonic's has saved my stomach when I'm just craving junk food.
This is one of the only fast food places in BR that has been CONSISTENT in getting my orders right every single time and also bringing the food out PIPING hot. The workers are very polite and engage in friendly conversation whenever we order on the app or in the stalls.
I want this review to reach the manager because I want every single worker there to make sure they are being given a living wage to live on with how good and hard they work.
