I've only been to this location a few times, but every time we go, there is an issue with something. Usually, our drinks/food is not correct. Went today and asked for a 24oz and a 16oz, and they gave my friend a 20oz, but charged her for the other size. Despite them being fresh, they didn't give us the right muffins we ordered, either. They also literally NEVER have anything that we want when we come through, so we have to change our orders. I'm sure that's due to how small the building is, so they can't house everything that Biggby offers. Service is also pretty slow and the drinks don't seem to be made with much care or quality. I find myself driving to other coffee places for better service and food/drink. So sad because this place is very close to me. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THE NEW HILL BRADY LOCATION OR COLUMBIA LOCATION! So annoying when you can hear the music and coworkers blasting through the drive thru speaker so the employee taking your order can't hear you. Even when its not "blasting" the girls are so loud in the background that the one working the window has to keep asking you to repeat what you said. Yet they still managed to get my order wrong.

So glad a new location opened up! I've been avoiding this one at all costs and going out of my way to the Columbia one. Now there's one even closer at Hill Brady and Dickman. The girls are a little slow because at least one if not 2 are training, but at least they get my order right the first time! I'd rather deal with a little slow than getting it wrong and get back in line for...

I just ADORE this Biggby crew🥰🥰 Even for what I think is a somewhat complicated beverage, I can always count on them to make it "just right"!!
