Taco Bell — Restaurant in Battle Creek

I worked here and THEY SERVE EXPIRED food first thing in the morning they have us take out last night's food and heat it with fresh food and that's breakfast. But also they find any expired food and make sure to serve that as well. They don't care as long as they're making sales. I literally watched THE HEAD MANAGER (Donnie is his name) run and hide about 5-6 boxes of expired food from the health inspector knowing he had already been serving that expired food. I lost count how many times I've seen someone go smoke just to come back in and start making people food no washing the hands or anything. I've never met more nasty people in my life especially the food makers and managers. And I'm pretty sure corporate knows but doesn't care, sales before hygiene and health I'm genuinely scared to eat at any taco bell after working here. Ordered online because I was in a rush for dining room pickup. I arrive 8 minutes later, after just getting the notification that it was ready at the pick up counter. Where is my food? They act like they couldn’t remember my name. After then waiting about five minutes they finally figured out that they gave my food to the DoorDash guy. Manager was rude, unapologetic, and said it’s not her fault. She then proceeded to tell me she didn’t know how to refund my order. We had to wait about another five minutes before she could figure out how to refund my order even though I told her multiple times that I was in a hurry, could I leave a number so you can call me to let you know when it’s done? She absolutely refused and just kept me there. Would not recommend...

It's unfortunate that this is the newest and closest TB to my house. Service from here is a huge hit or miss, the later it gets, the worse the service is, it seems. I would rather drive to another store and get better service. I got a Cheesy Gordita Crunch from here once that had the cardboard cooked into the product. Smashed burritos, extremely skimpy dessert items (paid for 3 cinnamon twists once). Staff doesn't recite your mobile order like they're supposed to.
