Twice in a row I ordered shakes on the app, to get there and they say the machines down. Typical right? Well most places wont let you order it on the app if its unavailable but this place will. So Instead of giving me my money back the first time the lady offers me a freezee that's like half the price of the shake I already paid for. I took it but was pissed. Then tonight, a Saturday at 9:45pm, I show up for my 2 shakes that I already paid for on the app. Once again they can't make them because of whatever reason so the kid tells me that I "can try to get a refund on the app". I said I don't know how to do that...silence.....finally after 30 seconds of silence I said OK well I guess I'll figure it out then. Then the same lady that gave me the freezee brings me my burgers and says have a nice night and shuts the window real fast. So I contact customer support and they offer me a 10 dollar coupon. I said I don't want a 10 dollar coupon that i have to come back to this sack of shit establishment to redeem, I want the 8 dollars I paid for the shakes refunded to my card so I can go to McDonald's across the street. Customer service said they couldn't manage to get that simple task done. So I deleted my account and the app like I said I would and will never be going to this or any other BK again. Some CEO is gonna sit in a office and laugh because they think I'm insignificant but I'm actually the one laughing because now I understand why BK financial performance has been decreasing since 2009. Tried getting an order fixed after the drive thru missed items and had fixed others in the same order wrong. Could not get an answer and after complaining to what I thought was corporate, got a call from the manager who wanted to "replace" my order a few days later but refused money back and certainly was not apologetic. Why would I want a replacement order that I had somebody get for 8 people who were no longer at my house waiting for food? This was a $35 order too. Had somebody use the F bomb at the front counter right in front of my 2 yr old grandson...3 incidents reported and nothing done about any of it. Read moreWaited a half hour for my food. Was asked to wait and someone would bring it out. The manager was cooking and had forgotten my order. I went in to get the food after waiting fo 25 minutes. Worst service ever. I could've been in and out od McDonald's drive thru 10 times for the amount of time I had to wait. And then to find out they had forgotten my order made me even angrier! Also, the guy working had a bun in the top of his hair without a hairnet on! His hair was loose and couldve gotten into someone's food. It disgusted me.
