I do not typically write bad reviews due to the fact that I was a manager at a different fast food restaurant and I know that customers are more likely to write a bad review than they are to say something good about a good experience but our most recent experience at this restaurant was just awful! My family goes to Wendys from time to time. We LOVE the food. The wait time in the drive thru is terrible. 15-20 is not unusual for us. So wait doesnt really bother us too much. Its actually expected but this past Sunday, We ordered online at 8:30pm. Aware that they closed at 9pm. My boyfriend arrived at 8:40 to get our food. He was told that they dont have any bacon. How can Wendys not have bacon? Almost all of their products have bacon on them. I was not with him otherwise I would have asked for a refund. He didnt get our bacon free food until 9:20. I payed online for a $43 order. 7 of our items were supposed to have bacon on them. And he had a 40 minute wait for these sandwiches. They didnt give him a refund or anything to compensate for the money that I paid for, for all of this bacon. When he got here our food was cold, no bacon, but they did throw in some cold chicken nuggest that didnt get eaten because I purchased everything that we would be eating. I am highly disappointed. My boyfriend isnt very confrentational and doesnt like to complain. I try not to either. If it was just one or two sandwiches that didnt have bacon on them, I would understand but 7 items. I dont know if the store ran out of bacon altogether or if they just didnt have anymore bacon cooked for the night or what, all I know was I didnt even eat my sandwich because it just didnt taste good without the bacon. But I did eat my baconless cheese potato. My children and my boyfriend ate their food too. I just wish they would have at least given me my money back for the bacon that I paid for but...
Read moreI've always received great customer service in the past at this location. It's been several months and after a long day I decided to stop by the drive through tonight. The customer service was horrible! The guy working the drive through forgot several things that impact a customer's experience.
He failed to welcome me to Wendy's. Just a, "I'll be with you in a moment." He failed to turn off his mic, so I had the pleasure of listening to his personal conversation. After placing my order he said the total and nothing else. He didn't repeat my order. No, "Thanks for your order please pull forward to the first window." When I pulled up he didn't greet me and he didn't repeat my total. Just reached for my card. Handed it back and said, "Enjoy." Like he forgot what part of the transaction he was on during his personal conversation with his co-worker. He came back to the window, handed me my bag of food and turned away and continued his conversation. No, "Thanks have a nice evening." All I thought was wow. I would fire my employees for treating customers like this.

The staff seemed very friendly on the drive speaker I ordered 3 spicy chicken sandwiches and asked if it would be possible to have those made fresh and the lady said absolutely in a kind friendly voice my experience was good staff was very friendly however when I got home with my sandwiches they definitely made them fresh which is what I requested but they added way too much mayo like I know someone wasn't happy it was purposely done and on one of the sandwiches wrappers had sauce that didn't even belong to that item on it and it had a tomato that looked as if it was chewed or blended up and tossed on there like I mentioned at the beginning the staff seemed nice everyone was friendly but when I got home to eat I was a bit nervous all I could think is someone probably spit in my food just based on the way it looked and everything I go here a lot and never have had this issue so it just makes me wonder. 5 stars for friendly staff 1 star for...
