Asia Bay — Restaurant in Bay Harbor Islands

Ok so I regularly order from here not because the food or the service is great but because it is the closest and most convenient Thai place to my house. I have ordered from here easily over 10 times and every time I do whether it is for pick up, delivery, or dining in the customer service is absolutely horrible! Luckily there are some other Thai places to choose from which I order from every once in a while but the food I have found has not been as good as it is from Asia Bay... Every once in a while however, I will choose one of those other places over Asia Bay especially if I am on a date because I don't want to have an altercation while I am with someone and have my night ruined. My recommendation: -For patrons: Do yourselves a favor and choose from 1 of the other 10 nearby Thai restaurants in the area. -For Asia Bay management: Have a serious talk with your staff about the importance of customer service and how they need to be more attentive. You all are not the only Thai place in town for you to be so rude and if you don't step up your game more people will start going to other places where the food might not be as good but at least they will be...

The service here was so abysmal that we fundamentally vowed to never return. No drinks for 10 minutes, no food or refills for 40 which felt like an eternity. No heads up was given and the place didn’t look like it was over packed so that was a big disappointment considering some of the dishes were raw sushi. However I do give it 2 stars because one of the warm Thai dishes took me by surprise. It’s unfortunate that I can’t remember the name but it had noodles and shrimp and it was to die for. Food was good but super over priced, service was HORRIBLE waiter never came up unless we asked for him, food was way over priced. When the check came I told him to take off the 18% gratuity he told me he will not!!! when I asked for a manager he told me he was in charge there. After couple minutes of discussion about him not deserving the 18% he started to remove the food off the table when I told him I'm not done he said " OH YOUR DONE" and continued to take the food off the table.
