Disappointed in their action. I feel insulted. I ordered a pizza margarita from their vegan menu, and received a pizza that did not leave ok or taste like a margarita pizza I expected a piazza with vegan cheeses and tomato not a hard bread filled with olives and peppers. I do no highly recommend a better item description. Honestly the part that bothered me the. Most was that after I was visibly disappointed, my waiter never ever came back he hid from me until his shift ended . When I attempted to make eye contact he turned around and never looked back. I sat there an hour and 37 minutes I know so becaus I had to extend my parking meter. Finally a waitress comes and I tell her my thoughts and she argues with me too misread of showing me some sort of empathy. She blames me For ordering off of a vegan menu, defends her coworker abs as I was ready to pay for the check I felt so angry at her responses, that I decided no I’m not okay with paying for something I did not eat, and I was not going to be blamed and shamed. I asked for a manager and told her I did not like how they handled the situation, I myself waitress for many years, and I never ever talked down or blamed a customer or corrected them even if they were wrong. I was writing their review giving jf it a one star review and before I submitted it, the second waitress came and offered me some console, she called her manager, she refunded me for the first bill that got charged without me realizing it. So she voided the check and redid the check excluding the pizza, which honestly I would have paid for of it had been handled differently. She is the sole reason I reconsidered my 1 star B review. She was kind professional and handled the matter in a tackedful manner making me feel better about the entire ordeal. I tipped her ten bucks which was 50 % of the new invoice. Edit: The owner's reply below is to continue to say that Doordash, the driver, and me are liars. I was on the phone with the driver and Doordash while he was there waiting for the staff to finish ignoring him while they set up tables and chairs and then prepared my food. Even if Doordash or the driver were at fault for the 1-hour late delivery, there is still no excuse for an inedible burnt quiche and rude dismissive customer service.

They didn't confirm my Doordash order for 10 minutes until I had Doordash support call them. Then they made the delivery person wait 20 minutes while they setup tables and chairs for the day, before they prepared my food. Doordash confirmed this. On top of that, they sent me a burnt inedible quiche. When I called the restaurant to let them know what happened, they were rude and basically said Doordash Support, the driver, and me were liars. There are so many other places in the area with the same menu, better quality food, and better service. Don't waste your time here. This place is no good.

If you read their 1-3 star reviews you'll notice everyone complains about low-quality over-priced food, food improperly prepared, and rude horrible customer service. The owner/manager always replies with the same lie "This has never happened before. I'm so sorry. Come by for a free meal." I wouldn't wish this place on my worst enemies.
