It makes me sad to have to leave a bad review, especially for something at Disney.

My wife and I have done Disney world several times and the food and service has always been good, even at other Joffrey’s locations. At this one there were two guys with dark hair working the registers, when I ordered a donut and and a water, and I paid; they then both shared a look with the slightest smile or almost sneer, I thought that was kind of odd. I didn’t think much of it. I wondered if maybe they had some inside joke or something. They handed me the water and the donut and I walked away.

Normally, Joffrey’s donuts are fantastic and I look forward to getting one when we’ve come to Disney. Once I pulled out the one they gave me, the frosting was pretty messed up and the donut was super dried out and did not taste good at all. I was disappointed and left wondering if for some reason these two guys chose to give out a bad one to me or if they just are too distracted with whatever they were up to, to check the quality of the pastries they sell.

I was disappointed to not have a good experience with something at Disney like that when just about everything else customer service and food wise...

Stood in line for a pretty good length of time to be presented at the window with a selection of miscellaneous pastries without labels... Didn't recognise alot of them so asked the woman serving if she could quickly tell us what they were... She kinda snapped at us about it asking which single one specifically we wanted to know about... I just asked if they had an apple fritter, which they did, and took that.

I like to try new things so was disappointed to be unable to at this time. I understand they're busy but, in all honesty, it would've taken just as lo g to quickly give me the names of the five or so pastries that were there as it would've to have been rude and a little aggressive about it.

Well seeing she skipped by the tip part of the payment!

Other than that our drinks were OK... we got the Team Blue thing and the S'Mores iced coffee.

Any other iced coffee we've had at a Joffreys has been a slushy type but this was just on ice and the drink would've been better suited to the slush I think... The blue one sounded a little strange but was actually pretty tasty.

I'd rather go to Starbucks... At least they're pleasant, polite...
