Beautiful inside: magnificent murals, lighting fixtures, booths, and bar. Salsa (served warmed) roasted tomato, lil cilantro, & black bean dip - thin chips (good to me), not plain thin but very "bubbly". Quesadilla ckicken- good, juicy, well seasoned, not quac salad as it says on menu. Its tblspn: quac & sour cream, shredded lettuce. Friend loved her Chile relleno served with rice and beans also came with a beef taco on separate platter w/ lettuce, tblsp sour cream, guac. Only have massive cheese dip and massive quac. Enchiladas and Chimi's have scant sauce- 2 tbls...maybe. Think it's quite a bit over priced. Especially the drinks with the huge glasses that weigh a ton and have 4 oz of drink & 4 cups of ice in them for 17.99. I will go with friends to hang out with them, but not spontaneously. Try Barracuda's in the Bay on Second St. has amazing tacos. not shredded chicken nor ground beef- grilled chicken and steak - fresh cilantro chopped onion freaking awesome salsa macha. Had the worst Mexican food ever. ZERO FLAVOR ON EVERYTHING. HECK This is not Mexican food. This is just poorly seasoned food. Maybe it was a hit and miss or What ever it was. It definitely was not enjoyable. Rice had a weird aftertaste. The steak needed a lot more than salt. Even the refried beans were terrible. How Can you screwed up an Arnold Palmer? They did here. First time at Pedro’s. Heard it was awesome. It was Clean , bright and friendly. Music way way to loud. Hard to have a conversation with people at my table. The music was a mix of 80’s and some sort of Hispanic rap / new age dance techno music .
