0 stars!!! Unacceptable behavior and horrible speech barrier. We came in one time and thought this place was convenient and we enjoyed the food. Today was NOT THE SAME. When ordering the person on the speaker could barely understand us and we could barely understand him. We get to the window and he asked us about the order all over again because he didn’t understand. No big deal, we got the food and I always check my food before I leave any establishment. So as I’m checking my food, I realize things are incorrect. We simply ask for it to be remade and to be done correctly. Food comes back wrong again. Female Manager walks up and tries to assist us but instead of apologizing and understanding and solving the problem, she snatched the food out of my friends hand and “remakes” my food. She didn’t remake it at all, she jumbled the food together and gave it back to us. It was cold to the touch. Very frustrating. So we sit in the drive through waiting for someone to come back so we can get a refund because at this point, I’m frustrated and hungry and I’ve received disrespectful behavior for no reason. She looks right at us and go out back to talk to a customer and give them their food. When we were the ones infront and having issues since we pulled up. I was appalled. We drove around and tried to tell her that what she did wasn’t okay and tried to explain that she didn’t remake the food. She insisted she did, she insisted they never make any mistakes and WE AS THE CUSTOMERS ARE WRONG…. Ok. Strange because if it was right and edible, we would have left with smiles on our face and not wasted 20-30 min for two subs. Absolutely ridiculous. She ran over our words every second we tried to speak and explain. She refused to listen to anyone but her own voice. I said” I asked you to remake it and you didn’t” she began to get very mad and we were like okay this is enough. Please just give us a refund. She took over 10 min to give the refund and still didn’t apologize or hold anyone accountable for their mistakes.

They actually care if I'm happy with the way my sandwich is made, they greet me as soon as I walk through the door with lovely smiles, the store is always clean, and I've never had issues with lack of product. I'm extremely impressed with the level of dedication to their work and restaurant! It is always inviting when the staff obviously have pride for their store. I am only sad that Subway as a brand, not this particular location, has taken away or ruined all of my favorites in the past year or so. The new chipotle sauce is strangely similar to the taco bell chipotle sauce you can buy in the grocery store, no more honey oat (which I could actually convince my children to eat with me), and no more oven roasted chicken. I hope the menu is fixed soon so that I can have my fast food happy...
