Wendy's — Restaurant in Bay Saint Louis

My family went here for lunch. The wait was not very long to order but the ice machine broke while we were eating to our order. One we got our order cashier behind the counter got us some ice and we went to sit down. My husband ordered a baconator with only mayo. When he got it, it had two pieces of bacon and was drenched in ketchup. He brought it back and they said that is how it comes, I always get the baconator and never had it had just two pieces of bacon. My husband calmly explained to the man at the counter that he also gets the baconator all the time and it has more than two pieces of bacon. They remain the burger and we started to eat. The food was horrible. The burgers were sloppy with ketchup when there was to be none. The nuggets were hard and cold. The best thing about it was the fries they were hot and had salt.we did get a Strawberry Frosty and that was good. Was not happy after spending $30...

Allison was very awesome she took my order when the other employee told me that they were about to close as I was going through the drive-through however it was not their closing time yet so I politely called and asked her if she would please take my order since I was only the next car behind the one at the speaker and she was so sweet and she said of course and it was definitely a 2 minutes past closing time that is a good employee and she definitely needs a raise or bonus keep up the good work Wendy's with your great employees but But please stop having employees go out to the street before closing time to tell customers that they are about to close just have them out there after closing time and say Hey we're closed it's that simple. But luckily you'll had a good employee who was willing to go above them beyond so I'll definitely give you all the 5 star rating and we'll be back...

Wish there was a negative star they would have gotten 5 negative stars. 1st order 3 of the two for 3. They give me three sandwiches and a fry. I ask why I did not get my other fries manger rudely answers that not what you order..ok what ever. Sitting there waiting on the food a worker who was not on the clock walks in and starts serving food so he could get his order. No had washing. The manger was wrapping sandwiches with no gloves on. The guy making the kept touching his face when making the food. I requested my money back and I did not want the food she said she could not do that. As I am asking her a mother worker that looked and smelled dirty came in from out side put gloves on and started working no washing hands nothing.
