A good friend of mine wanted to celebrate his birthday here. We had a group of 8. It was a good time. Normally, I can drink 1 margarita and get a nice buzz, as I don't drink that often. I had 3 margaritas and barely had a buzz, so these were the weakest drinks I've had since that comedy club in Atlantic City back in 1999. Yeah, I still remember that and will likely remember this for another twenty years, if I live that long. But they were $5 on Wednesdays, so I guess you get what you pay for. The staff were friendly and helpful. They played great music and in the bar lounge had great juke box music. Decent bar and also free pool tables on Wednesdays. The putt putt is only 9 holes, but brightly lit and a lot of fun. Good sized roller rink and 6 lanes of bowling. Tons of seating and a few party rooms that were not well decorated and only had harsh seats and tables, no couches or such, which would really make party rooms nice. Left a tab open, which meant leaving my card at the bar, meaning when I went to pay for other events, I couldn't use that card without walking back to the bar, closing my tab, then walking back to the front desk. And when ordering food, the same thing. My credit card was at the bar. I was told I could order food from the bar, but while my friends ordered food at the food bar and I ordered at the bar, their food was ready and they had eaten by the time mine arrived, luke warm. So that was a no win. So bring cash or more than one credit card or be prepared to do a lot of walking. I'm glad we went on Wed, when things are half priced. I had a great time and in all spent just over $30 for 4 hours. I would not have been happy paying $50. Some games are also half priced, but the food it not, which is a shame as I thought much of it was of poor value. Decent food, but high prices. We had a good time and I'm glad I went. Had the margs been a little less sweet and a bit more tequila, and perhaps a system where you leave your card and can rack up expenses on one of their cards and pay at the end, that would have gained more stars from me.

It's a pretty cool establishment for kids and adults alike my only complaint I had was the lockers didn't work and the skate floor was not an actual skate floor it was more like tile which had children falling all over the place I was catching kids left and right also one girl had to be carried out due to an injury from falling if the proper skate flooring was installed this would not happen and I'm a good skater and I was wiping out trying to stop kids from smashing there heads on the floor. Also I don't like the whole idea of it's presented as a family establishment but at 11 they kick kids out so it could turn into a night club vibe like ok we have enough bars and clubs in Houston area why are we turning kid establishments into adult entertainment establishments kids barely have stuff here as it is being taken away left and right. It was disheartening to see my kids cry because we were being kicked out so adults could get drunk. Probably won't go back! Especially for the price we paid for the lanyards and the gaming passes to see them have broke lockers, faulty skate area and kicking kids out for adult entertainment like sorry but go to a club if you want to party like the adults partying literally sat at a bar were not skating, playing games besides pool or the VR Lazer tag. This could be a really awesome place it's misleading online to go thinking oh it's open until 2am wow to be told we have 3 hours and they acted like these kids were at a rave with there music kids want to hear what there doing tictok dances to not the trash they were playing I had to wait over an HR for a dj to show up to ask can y'all like change the music these kids don't know these wack songs hell I don't and personally I was like change the damn music

ARs didn't WOW me if I'm being honest... the activities are there but it wasn't... fulfilling? Kids feel same too. Skating Rink isn't big and the floor isn't the traditional gloss hard finish. I think it has a plastic flooring? Idk, it's just not the same. Laser tag was cool and enjoyed that. Bumper cars were decent, just not big enough area. Kids play ground was a great size. Wish there was a toddler or baby area. Some arcade games were already not working including photo booth area. I enjoyed how much staff there was and how much they were cleaning. Mini Golf area is great but can get old fast. Bowling still isn't open. Haven't tried food. The other thing is there is a LOT of open space... maybe for future expansion. The last thing I'm going to say really bugged me but I'm not giving it a 3 star because of this... in that case I would have put a 1! I was one of the first 300 guests who waited a few hours to get there year membership Bronze pass. The bronze pass is trash! All its giving me is a year membership of MINI GOLF... Not anything else that would come with an actual Bronze package if you were to purchase it. It's ridiculous. I honestly wouldn't have waited or purchased the Gold Pack (I bought 2) if I knew this. It was never mentioned

I am ONLY giving this place one star because my kids fun. I paid for a $300 party package to find out my party would be seated in a common area with tables out in the open it was NOT in a party room like advertised (had I known that I would’ve decorated a table in their free common seating area as they were the same thing). The staff is made up of teenagers or very young adults and it shows, upon arrival the host stated I’d only be able to sit at the tables for two hours and that close to the end of the time they would make an announcement for all of the guests to come back to the area for song celebration and cake. At our 2 hour mark the host came to where some of the children were seated and begun to move them and take off the table cloths and remove the party decorations WITHOUT speaking to any adults. When I asked her what she was doing she stated that I had reached my time limit and she must begin clean up, I explained to her that we hadn’t even begun to sing happy birthday as the announcement was never made at that time she explained the announcement was made but that the speakers were broken so about 40minutes of my 2 hours was wasted on waiting on announcements to return that NEVER happened. I demanded to speak with a manger whom then apologized for her staff and removed the host from my event and told we could stay there until we were finished. ANY ADULT should know to address parents and not children that was highly distasteful. The unlimited bumper cars, laser tag and minigolf passes were not upheld as 20mintues into my children standing in line for the bumper cars were turned away as they had mechanical errors and did not begin running again until over an hour later. Food is NOT included with the price and no outside food is allowed and it is $14 per pizza that cannot feed more than 5 people. the manager then came asking me to pay for the party although I paid for the deposit and party total at the time Of booking, she then came back with receipt and said she needed to “refresh her system and saw I had already paid” HORRIBLE 7th BIRTHDAY EXPERIENCE . I DO...

I'm surprised I'm writing a 5-star review. I was expecting to write a 1-star. I bought memberships for my family this summer for the month of June. I wasn't told when I signed up that it was a 2-month minimum, so that caused some problems when I went to cancel. I tried to cancel twice and I ended up being charged 3 times after I canceled. I had to go up and speak with someone 2 separate times after I canceled. So on my way up there this afternoon, I was writing my 1-star review in my head. But then I was surprised in a good way. Not something that happens often. They were very helpful today, and got everything canceled and refunded correctly. So then I had to decide how to review. I usually don't give 5 stars, because that means it was a perfect experience. But I thought about it more, and I don't think expecting a business to do everything perfectly should be the metric for 5 stars. They recognized their mistake and corrected it, even though they didn't have to. I didn't have any paper receipt or any way to prove that I had canceled the memberships. But they remembered the conversations, and did the right thing. It's an increasingly rare experience that people act with integrity. So kudos to the ARs staff.

As for the actual services. My kids had a blast while we there this summer. They did skating, laser tag, mini golf, the ninja course, the XR Arena and the Quibix arcade and they loved it. My crazy youngest who likes to be active and loved laser tag and the ninja courses and XR Arena, to my reserved 15 year old who really enjoyed skating. Everyone had a great experience each time we went. We have a lot of good memories there. I'm extra glad that I can look back at those memories and not have them tainted by the membership...
