Mattress Firm Riceland Pavillion — Hotel in Baytown

After Harvey wiped out our other beds we had been sleeping on hotel beds(ugh) . Finally getting back on our feet we stopped into the Mattress Firm on Garth Rd next to Jason's Deli where we met Robert Taylor. I recommend you highly ask for Robert Taylor. Especially if you hate the old adage "Used Car salesman" approach that many take. Robert never gives off or makes your shopping feel that way. He listens , gives great knowledgeable answers instead of blowing smoke up your rear! He doesn't push you to buy any certain style or brand of matress. He is straight forward . I walked out with a quote on 3 complete beds . Happy but still wanted to shop/price compare. I came back 2 days later tweaking what I was after . Still got the same great service ,still saved close to a grand. Walked out with knowing I got a quality product, great customer service , and didn't have that ugh im glad thats over experience. Extremely please with my visit and purchase thanks to Renan! He is one the kindest most attentive and genuine sales person I have ever met. He was genuinely interested in helping me find a bed that could help alleviate some of my sleep issues. Even though I made it clear from the beginning that I was just "browsing", he spent a good amount of time asking me questions and letting me try some of the beds. This had already exceeded any expectations that I had for this visit. I ended up buying a bed, even though Renan himself encouraged me to take time to think about it. This has been by far the best mattress firm visit ever! My 11 year old was in need of a new mattress and I had walked in just looking for the most decent firm mattress for an 11 year old who pretty much doesn’t take care of anything that I buy him!
