Taqueria Rositas — Restaurant in Baytown

They are doing FALSE ADVERTICEMENT!! I placed an order of chilaquiles which on the menu it shows them with beans, rice and egg. My order came out with chilaquiles and beans only. I asked the daughters owner or owner what happened to the rest her answer was " when they printed the menu they put those pictures that are not ours. So we left them like that" If you are a value customer like I was, You will notice the difference and know what I'm talking about. As I was eating, I was thinking about the last chilaquiles I was served and concluded that they indeed were served different. Also I concluded that if they are showing pictires on the Menu that are not theirs. That means that the price should be different as well. I mean I'm being show something and being promise that my food will look as shown which means the price should be accurate to what I'm being shown. Right? Well I went up to the lady and asked her about the price. Her answer- the price is tbe same as it is shown on the menu. My quetion- I'm not being serve what you show me on the menu why should I pay more If I got less? Her answer- it has always been the same Bottom line. I payed for the food and when paying I was suprised that I ended up paying $5.99 for chilaquiles and beans.

When paying ask for the prices of what yoh are being charge. Because you might think is one thing but in reality is another.

He comido aqui por años y me he dado cuenta de los cambios que hay En la comida. Hoy fui a comer pedi chilaquiles. Pensandolo que me servirian lo que me estaban moatrand En el menu. Y para mi sorpresa recibio lo contrario. En el menu mueatran los chilaquiles de una forma ( arroz, frijoles, chilaquiles) te Los Dan de otra( arroz y frijoles). Cuando le pregunte a la muchacha que Creole es dueña o hija de la dueña me dijo que cuando Le hicieron el menu le pusieron fotos que no eran de ellos. Mientras comia me quede pensando y conclui que el precio que me estaban dando era por lo que me estaban mostrando y que si no me estaban dando lo que me mostraban era una mala propaganda. Al Pagar le comente a la muchacha y me dijo que el precio era el mismo Al del menu. Me cobraron Aun mas por la comida de lo que mostraba el menu $5.99 por frijoles y tortillas fritas.

We are customers pretty frequently and every time I go here they have poor customer service skills; for example, they never even make eye contact, they yank the menu back from your hands, and the woman there only treat the men with respect. They are always extremely slow, they never check up on their customers for any needs/refills, and it’s always uncomfortable when we pay because they ask if we are going to tip or not. If I could give this place zero stars I would. Their customer service needs improvement, it's hard to enjoy a meal when your waitress doesn't make eye contact with you, seems to be mad when you ask her about the menu, and fails to check on you to make sure you don't need refills or that you at least your food came out ok.
