Soooo....i ordered a pizza and rode with my friend who was picking up hot & ready pizzas. My pizza is ready and I have a short wait for bread sticks. I ask the girl who is working the counter for sauce which she doesn't acknowledge that i spoke, and two mins later goes to get the sauce, hands it to me & I say thank u and she walks away. Then the manager comes in from break (lol) as a gentleman comes in And inquires about his pizzas he ordered 40 mins ago in the drive thru...they get it to him 7 mins later and no apology. He comments about their lack of concern on his way out. Then people who ordered hot & ready pizzas 5 mins after my friend get theirs and leave. The customers feel bad for getting served first, little Caesars does not. The same snotty girl hands my friend her food another 5 mins later and says nothing. horrible employees... in the front anyway. Why is the manger outside on her break if they are so far behind? The manager came in And said in front of customers, "everyone decided to show up while i was just on break huh? Great" why do they put a snotty teenager at the front counter that won't even speak to customers when they speak to her? No one was being mean or rude to employees but the employees could care less about customer service. While us and 3 other people were waiting for our placed orders there were 2 more customers waiting to place their orders. This is the WORST place to go for pizza in town. Sometimes places get busy, but if thats the case atleast apologize for the trouble. This place acts like the customers are a bother. Corporate should definitely pay them a...

They were closed on July 2nd, and I tried to make an online order, the App (From Corporate) automatically adjusts the order for the next day instead of letting you know the restaurant is closed. So we didn't get our pizza and were still charged. The manager called me a few days later to apologize and refunded my money offering to make it up to me. He was very polite and understanding. They are far from perfect, but this store is doing all it can to make...
Read moreI just had the most amazing experience at Little Caesars, I’m rushing home, left work early, because I have a house full of very sick people. I’m out here trying my best. And Little Caesars told me they were out of pizza due to a very large surprise order. And I would have a very long wait time. I understood, things happen. But I simply did not have time to wait and politely requested my money back. she went inside, and returned with a pizza and breadsticks and wished my family well. It’s the little things like that that make this town so special. Great job Little Caesars and thank you to your...
