Taco Bell / KFC — Restaurant in Bear Creek Township

They are your typical franchise fast food restaurant where the food is the same no matter which location you visit. The staff is generally friendly but a bit incompetent as in they forget items and put things on the menu items that you asked them not to include. Its not always that way and seems to vary depending on what time of day you visit them. Which means some shifts have more attentive employees while other shifts seem to be there just for a paycheck and have no customer service skills at all. The food is good in general, which is to be expected seeing as though its all pretty much pre-made and just reheated, but there are times it seems it is just thrown together. The prices are good in general and the portions are exactly what you would expect for the prices. Service is fast whether it be at the counter or through the drive-through. I rarely have had a bad experience here and when I have all it took was one phone call and they would replace the entire meal free of charge. However it is difficult to contact them during a busy period which is understandable and anyone who has ever worked in any area of customer service would understand this. First off, the building is very dirty. All the tables have remnants of food from whoever last ate there. The bathrooms are absolutely filthy, there was urine COVERING the handicapped stall and it was leaking into the other stall. My friends and I watched an employee “clean” trays (she hardly sprayed them and left food stuck on them). Secondly, any time I’ve gotten food here they have missed AT LEAST one item from my order, but usually more. Thirdly, the food was not up to par. I don’t expect much from fast food, but everything was packaged so terribly. There was cheese spilling everywhere, the SOFT tacos were mysteriously crunchy??? The chicken in my friend’s KFC bowl was literally hard to chew, my quesadilla was half burnt, my sour cream was waaay under filled, and they never give any napkins or utensils. Lastly, when my friend asked for the item she was missing in her order, the employee stared her dead in the face and said nothing for a good 30 seconds. Just had some truley awful food here. Also haven't seen the nice employee I mentioned in my original review below either. The KFC portion of this place seems to be okay, but I don't eat KFC more than once a year or so. I eat TacoBell very often though. Food was tiny and also made very poorly this time. Ordered a few things(all small/poor), but the stand out problems were the spicy potato soft tacos. The things were refrigerator cold through and through. The potatoes themselves were completely dried out and chewy as well as cold. Kinda crazy really.
