Never go here !! Me & my boyfriend had the worst experience and they were so rude. While I was on my break at school my boyfriend came to meet me there for dinner. So everything was fine and we ordered our food and when it came out my order was wrong( I specifically asked her for the cheesesteak but asked if they could put it on a wrap instead of the bread and she said yes ). I told our waitress that it had lettuce and tomato on it and that the menu didn’t say that came on it. Also the chicken was breaded when the menu said grilled chicken. So they take it back to fix it. Well then my boyfriends cheesesteak had mushrooms on it and he asked for no mushrooms. So he asked for a new one and she gave him a hard time about it and then orders him a new one. But now she’s saying he needs to pay for both cheesesteaks the one that was wrong and the new one. Then my order comes back out and it’s STILL wrong. It has breaded chicken and onions and other stuff on it. So I let her know again and she goes to talk to the manager and come back and is trying to tell me that, that’s what I ordered ( apparently there was a wrap that had all this stuff on it ). So I tell her no I specifically asked for the cheesesteak but on a wrap. She continues to tell me no I ordered the other thing and that I pointed to that when I ordered. Mind you she never made eye contact or anything when we ordered so she’s just making this all up. She continues to be rude and have an attitude and then goes to talk to the manager and says we’ll your cheesesteak is cheaper than his so how about you pay for that instead of his ( meaning his messed up cheesesteak ). So my boyfriend to keep peace just pays for them. Then the waitress didn’t bring our change back she was just standing there and staring at us wait for us to leave. So I ask for our change and she just says oh.

Not once did they try to fix anything they just wanted us to pay for it. Not once did she apologize or did the manager come out to us and apologize. AND she accused me of ordering something I did not just Bc they were in the wrong.

Me and my class mates always get stuff from here and for them to treat us like that is unacceptable. They have no customer service skills...

This place seriously needs to step up their salad game. lol. I went here with my roommate and his parents. He and I got side house salads that came with our meals. Looked like someone just ripped the leaves off a head of regular lettuce, and the only things on it were dark pepperoncinis or jalapeno slices (couldn't really tell) and 2 slices of cucumber; no cheese, no tomato, no croutons, no carrot slices, no olives. Nothing. lol. His dad ordered the Chef Salad, which was equally unimpressive; I didn't examine it thoroughly, but I'm pretty sure the cheese was a deli slice cut into strips, and ham was from a deli and chopped into bits. We all agreed the salads were awful. I had the Chicken Alla Trattoria, and it wasn't very good. It tasted like they boiled old chicken breast in used water or something; it seriously had the strangest flavor. The White Wine and Garlic Sauce on it left a bit to be desired; I felt like it should've been just a tad more creamy. I'm assuming the roasted peppers were from a can because they were very soggy. My roommate had the Veal Parmigiana, and he said it was alright, but didn't eat much of it. Both of ours came with a side of spaghetti in marinara. His mom had the spaghetti meal. She didn't like the sauce, and said it didn't taste very Italian because it was very bitter. To me, it wasn't great, but I didn't mind it. I usually pick little hole-in-the-wall Italian restaurants because they're more authentic, and most I've been to are owned by little old mama and papa sitting right in the restaurant. This place was a disappointment, and I felt bad for choosing it for family night. The service was good, and our waiter Alex did a fine job. Bonus points because he boxed our food for us with a smile, and kept it organized whilst we finished our wine. The amount of food is good for the value, but the quality just wasn't up to...

So I bragged to a friend of mine about this place because normally the food and service is great, and I took my friend there last night , her food was fantastic and mine…. Not so much. My pasta was very under cooked, I had 2 bites and had my friend try it to make sure it wasn’t just me and she agreed that the pasta was in fact hard to chew because it was not cooked all the way and the sauce was like water and no flavor, as well the “grilled chicken” didn’t resemble grilled chicken at all, my entire dish “ Grilled Chicken Alfredo “ tasted so bland I would have guessed it can from a can, I have gotten this meal many times before and loved it. We ordered appetizers and they were great, but only 2 bites in and our server brought our salads, I did make a comment to slow down as he was bringing things out way to fast. And surprise….. only about 4 bites into our salads and appetizers still sitting to the side, he arrived with out main course. A table full of food and we felt like we were being rushed . And not welcome, Never had this experience before and I hope it’s not the new normal because I love this place. As well the bread that is always brought out when you are seated, was brought to us ice cold, as if it were in the icebox, I had to have them warm it up. I’ve never gotten the bread this way! And my main course after only a total of 3 penne pastas being eaten and finding it wasn’t cooked and didn’t have any flavor was sent back and I was expected to pay for it. I told our waiter that in fact I would not and he then removed it. I paid and left. No one asked me what was wrong with the food, no one asked me if I wanted something else instead, I just felt like hurry up and eat and leave. Very sad.
