Did management change?. Yesterday's 08/27/24 visit at around 6:45pm was a complete and total failure from the get go. I came with a friend to get a burger and fries...we both ordered the same thing only I asked for BBQ sauce on my burger. Our number was called but, there was only half of the order in the bag. I confronted the gentleman I initially ordered from and was told...no problem, it'll be right up. After 10 min, I noticed the guys standing around talking so I went back up to the counter and asked for the rest of my order...which hadn't even been started. Once I confronted the same individual...a Mexican gentleman who clearly seemed confused...looks toward our table thinking we were trying to get free food or something by hiding the other burger we didn't even get. After waiting 20+ minutes I finally received my burger with no BBQ sauce on it and no fries in the bag. Apparently, all this seemed to be a laughing matter to them...not so much for me. As always, no complaints about the food or any other aspect regarding the restaurant. Please, if the order says two burgers and two fries...tell your guys to make certain there's two burgers and two fries in the bag. With all the toppings stacked up, it's a rather tall and satisfying burger, even if it does get a bit messy. As in other Five Guys locations, they have not one, but two, Coke Freestyle machines to make it less likely that you'll need to wait to use it. As a bonus, they have an extra tap with four iced tea flavors, a nice touch. And finally, the complimentary peanuts are good for snacking on if the burger...
Read moreFive Guys is a treat for me. I say that because it's a expensive. Double meat, hamburger, little container of fries and a regular fountain drink is $17 and some change. They do give you extra fries in your bag though. Sitting down to eat is like eating in a school cafeteria since everyone can watch you eating while they wait in line to order and to pick up their food. You can order your food over the phone though which I like to do. Food is prepared pretty promptly. Don't go during evening rush hour unless you go to the other entrance to the shopping center near LongHorn Steak House. Line for Chick-fil-a will hold you up. Fries are always hot. Although you shouldn't drive and eat at the same time, it's hard not to eat your fries while...
