HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE @ 1200 PULASKI HWY ... The so called manager was very ignorant and disrespectful. While in the middle of attempting to pay for my order the "manager" left the register and went to the back area of the store talking to another employee. Before he left the "manager" asked if I was paying with a discount, I said no gift cards, he then said I could use 'both' because I had two phones in my hand and then proceeded to LEAVE THE REGISTER!! After a few mins he didn't return so I asked another employee / young lady who made my bowl if she could help. She simply said I don't know where he went. I looked to the back saw the "manger" talking to his coworker and asked if he could help. He huffed and puffed back to the register with an attitude and began arguing with me that he asked me if I had a discount. I again told him NO, I have 2 Gift Cards. He told me well that's the same thing. I said no a discount would be 10% or $3 off that's NOT what I had. He was belligerent and arguing telling me a discount is the same as a gift card! I told him that he was RUDE and should NOT have left the register until I completed my order payment. He told he didn't have time to stand there and wait for me he had other things to do!! THAT WAS SO UNPROFESSIONAL and DISRESPCTFUL! He needs to be FIRED or TRAINED or reprimanded in some way!! AND MY MEAL SHOULD HAVE BEEN FREE OR I SHOULD BE COMPENSATED DUE TO...

MAJOR SHRINKFLATION ALERT- prices are up and portions are at an all time low. My last burrito bowl had 3 pieces total of brisket on it. About a the size of a nickel total in my nearly $14 bowl. The owner is greedy raising prices. And they never correct the issue besides attaching a automated survey to comments or concerns. AVOID!!

I have been through the chipotlane drive thru in the past for my orders. Only to drive home and discover all the bowls I ordered were filled below half way. Very skimping on the portions and greedy. The last straw was when I entered in person. All the food was old and dry looking. 90% of the food bins were empty on the assembly line. I observed the person assembling a customer bowl run all over the kitchen, a scoop here, run here, grab another scoop, run to the drive thru area, scoop their, run to the back and scoop there. I observed this mess and disarray of a resturant and promptly walked out. Such a disgrace chipotle has turned into. Just a few years ago it was great. Sadly chipotle has gone down, and this location is at the forefront of chipotles demise, with a dirty kitchen, old dry food on the assembly line, tiny greedy portions, and bad attitudes. This chipotle used to be really awesome! The burritos were perfect, service was excellent, and it’s super convenient because it’s closer to my place than the one at Christiana mall! But now, I have no idea what happened. I now order an hour before I head to the location because 8/10 there is a huge line in the chipotlane. And even then it’s a good chance my food isn’t ready. The longest I’ve waited there was an hour. Some cars just give up and leave. But for the past few times I’ve been there, the burritos are losing quality. They’ve been sloppily made to the point they completely fell apart the moment you take it out the foil, ingredients are missing from it and things you didn’t ask for are added to it. And during the times I do enter the facility, the counter is just horrible. Messy, food everywhere, and gross. It’s to the point I’m worried about cross contamination. It could NOT be busy and it’s still like that. I’m really not trying to sound harsh because the location was very good in the beginning. But it’s come to the point that I’ll just suck it up and go to the one at Christiana. Besides, Terry is there now and she was and is still a rockstar! Keep her happy. You need...
