With the new location open in Beatrice I decided to hit up one of my favorite sandwich places, Jimmy Johns. I came through the drive through in the middle of the afternoon and nobody was in line. Got my order put in, (#9 add hot peppers) worker had some difficulty but she was new and just learning to do things. Got my sandwich and parked in the parking lot to eat it like I always do. I noticed I had pickles on my sandwich when I had asked for hot peppers. It turned out to have none of the other toppings a #9 came with. I went inside and talked to a worker named Dylan. He pointed out I had someone’s online order and the sandwiches must of gotten switched up. Dylan, fully aware of the situation and understanding of the mistake made me a whole new #9 sandwich with hot peppers. He was very nice, well spoken, and courteous. I knew there would be brand new workers with a new location up in town so I assumed they just got my order wrong, but sandwiches just got switched around. I hope this message reaches Dylan so he knows how professional and calm he was during this. Especially with how busy it was for being 3 in the afternoon.
