Madison's — Restaurant in Beaumont

I have always loved Madison's since it opened. However, I just wanted to let you know my grandma wanted you to know she was in Madison's this week to eat for what I believe was her first time. She went on and on about how good the food was, which I already know is one of the best in Beaumont. However, she insisted I let you know she was extramly impressed with the wait staff she had as well. She has not been able to eat out lately because my grandpa has been diagnosed with late onset Alzheimers and recently was placed in an assisted living facility. I just wanted you to know how much she enjoyed her experience. Also, she NEVER EVER speaks of a restaurant where she experienced not only great food but great service as well. Curstann, you rock! I'm so sorry for the french fries all over the floor. Whenever you come in, definitely ask for her for a great experience! The burgers are amazing, ESPECIALLY THE CRAWFISH AND CRAB FONDUE BURGER!! If you haven't gotten it, definitely try it! It was like an etoufee on a burger and it was to dye for. Also, I have a 1 year old and got the mini cheeseburger. It was soft enough for her to eat with her 8 teeth, no molars, and came with fries. She ate about half and we have half leftover PLUS it tasted pretty dang good! My husband got the BBQ Max and Cheese and unlike other places, their name meets expectations! It is my intention that the owner of Madison's actually sees this review. Almost 40% of the reviews for this restaurant in the last year have been negative due to poor customer-service ,and long ticket times.

I will never step foot in this restaurant again . 1,The service at the bar top was horrible there was only four guests at the bar top and the bartender screwed up the entire order. 2.it took 20 minutes for fried mushrooms, 30 minutes for a Burger 3.The burger came out cold and incorrect. I was extremely annoyed by the array of smug, ,arrogant dirty hipster basterds who work there. They are all horrible. There is no semblance of an idea of what good customer service is.
