Do they mix their ice cream with MiraLax?! This is most definitely a 5 out 5 if your looking to explode in the bathroom, but a negative 1000 if not. Took me two days for my tummy to calm down. First off, I used to love this place. I would come there ALL the time. Service is trash, its only nice if its their part time workers serving you which they dont pay very well. But the owners serving you?! Its like they're doing you a favor for keeping the store open. No GLOVES! Wear some gloves its not that hard, and this is the owner. When i ordered one of their mix in flavors thats on the menu, the owner stared at me like she was confused and then started rushing through my order. I felt rushed out of the door with how i was treated, my husband was disgusted and didnt order anything. Never going there again. Enjoy closing down the place. The owner told me that the "unlimited" is not true, there is a limit and a chart that they have to follow.

I have been to this shop several times, but today's experience was horrible and ruined an otherwise celebratory occasion. My daughter earned the A honor roll and we headed to marble to celebrate. We chose marble so my daughter could put gummies, cookies, and m&m's in her ice cream.

When my daughter gets to the fixings counter, the owner begins to explain to me the limits and how the staff was doing wrong by not telling me no to putting multiple toppings on our orders before.

I tried to explain to her that the unlimited toppings was the "experience" we came for and that was the only reason this business was special. She told me that she was not affecting our experience at all.

My ice cream was okay, I got a cheesecake ice cream with a chocolate dipped cone and walnuts. I was pretty much searching for the walnuts. My daughter got a small birthday cake and she asked for sprinkles in it and she enjoyed hers. My partner got a pumpkin spice graham cracker thing they had for the season. He said his tasted too much like graham crackers and he couldn't taste the pumpkin or marshmallow. The total came out to about 25 bucks which I felt was way too expensive for two ice cream cones and a small cup for a child. All in all, it was an okay experience but it felt like the employees didn't want to be there.
