I honestly don't know why I come back here. Went to get my mom's regular coffee and decided to get myself something today. The order was made wrong and tasted like watered down chocolate milk. So I circled back in the drive thru and asked if they could give me something else, and toss the drink that was made wrong. The lady made a stink about it saying they can't do it because I already drank off it, but would make an exception this one time. Makes no sense, if you go to any other coffee shop and take a sip to make sure it's right, and it's not, they take the drink back and remake it without making you feel embarrassed for even asking. A bunch of young teenagers and young adults with no skills on how to actually deal with customers or how to make decent coffee. And what do you know, the second coffee I ordered is wrong too. I won't even waste my time going back because the people there made me feel embarrassed the first time and I already am not the type to ask, if I get something made wrong I usually just suck it up. But it was so bad....
Read moreThis is the slowest Dutch bros we’ve ever been to not just this once but multiple times. The line was out to the street , people waiting, the car in front of us knew the employees -got their one drink and held hands and flirted for almost 10 min ( we timed it cause it was taking so long and we’d been waiting over 10 minutes already) while the line got longer and longer. It’s so dangerous for cars to be waiting on 185th in Beaverton- ton of traffic and prevents people from entering the Walgreens next to them. But the employees are so slow & cavalier and no hustle . We’ve been there when there’s only a few cars and they’re still slow. The one by Washington square, tanasbourne, Sherwood are always super busy and Long Double lines and are friendly & amazingly fast. They hustle so I tip them well. I waited tables and would’ve been fired if I ignored my customers to flirt and hang out with my friends. Not returning...
Read moreI wanna be clear, theres nothing wrong with the coffee or the service, both are amazing. The workers work hard everyday and the coffee shows it. My issue which does unfortunately ruin the whole experience comes from the line formation, and the horrible situation with their entrances. My house is closer to the walgreens side entrance so i normally come in from there, and when the line gets long, it is routine, and common, to get cut infront of in line. Ive had situations where i got cut by 4 people in a row all who came one after the other and at this point, its not even accident at this point because people will stare you in the eyes while they do it. They need to close the entrance closest to them and have only the walgreens because the lines regularly overfill past it leading to people cutting who...
