Skip ordering inside -- it's so noisy even the staff can't hear well enough to get the order correct; instead, go through drive through. Ordering coffee ground? Ask them to print the label that's supposed to go on the bag for whomever grinds it or it won't be correct. Have them read back the order to make sure nothing is missing. The car line keeps moving, making this a fast and efficient way to pick up your favorite coffee, have it ground, order a drink or two -- without getting out of your car. Read moreI can't take it anymore. I go to this store every other day and it's so inconsistent! This is the closest Starbucks to my house and they have a drive up window. But they have completely messed up my last two orders and I also waited while the barista chatted with the woman in front of me, even though her order was completed. Then I waited while the two baristas chatted with each other as I was waving my phone out the car window to pay. The service personnel are doing an excellent job and are always suggesting if I'd like something else instead and give me enticing alternate options. However, my child returns unhappy while the rest of us (family) enjoy our perfectly created coffee frapuccinos, birthday and chocolate cake pops and sun-dried tomato mozzarella paninis.
