Jack in the Box — Restaurant in Beaverton

I normally don’t leave reviews, unless I get a really crappy experience. (Or amazing one) For instance, today I came here to get some breakfast. The lady that was taking my order over the speaker was rushing me, and made me feel like I needed to hurry up. I noticed as I was driving away my order was not correct on the screen so when I got up to the window, I reiterated what I wanted to make sure everything was correct. The lady at the window couldn’t even understand me at all and hardly was able to communicate with me. So the girl in the back that was cooking or whatever had to come over to the window. Added on another hash brown to my order, but then still only gave me three hashbrowns. So I went back through the drive-through and I explained that I was still missing a hash brown, even though I paid for it. When I pulled up to the window, they handed me silver Ray and napkins. I told him I needed my fourth hash brown. She rudely said to me “I gave you four “I said no you gave me three in my churros. She rolled her eyes, walked away, went and grabbed a hash brown and handed it to me. Super frustrating. I understand not everybody has good days, but if you’re going to work in Customer Service, you need to learn to have proper customer service. I was very nice. I felt bad and kept apologizing because I didn’t want to be an inconvenience, however, I was treated with disrespect. I know what it’s like to work on Customer Service, but I also would never treat people the way I was...

The hispanic lady running the drive through today was super rude. I asked for a spirite and noticed they had Dr. Pepper I changed it to a Dr. Pepper at the speaker. I got to the window and told her again she said "I already heard here it is" I checked the drink and said "excuse me I asked for a Dr. Pepper and this is still a sprite" she then says "I'm too busy you say sprite I give sprite" I said "ok and I said can you please change it to a Dr. Pepper and you said yes here it is?" She says "so what you want two drink!" I'm like "no take this back I just want a Dr. Pepper like I asked and like you said you would do at the speaker" long story short like dude it's a freaking drink you had enough time to be rude. In that time it took to comment you could have just got the drink I asked for instead.

I will be happy to reach out. I understand we are in times on covid-19, but that doesn't give people the right to treat others with less respect because they are, tired, sad, and or hiding behind a mask. Just because people can't see your face doesn't give you the right to be rude. We are all trying to get through this together. I just couldn't believe her. She had time to "be rude" with her snide comment, but she didn't have time to get the requested changed drink she confirmed at the speaker? You don't even have to hold the button anymore! The service by that girl with short hair and glasses​ at night is abysmal. I feel unwanted and bad for ordering food here past 7pm. Probably the worst service i have received on a consistently regular basis. I'm not kidding you can set your watch to it. Burgers are smashed poorly wrapped and thrown into the bag, tacos are broken, and fries, if you get more then 20 individual fries are cold, unsalted and half dumped out of the bag. She wont hardly open the service window, so you cant hear her and get the impression that she thinks every customer in the drivethrough is a violent attacker. Since she has been working there I have never been able to purchase a milkshake after 7pm. I have also gone at 2am and could not buy a milkshake due to it being cleaned. That machine must be filthy by every evening, because it apparently takes 8 hours to clean it. Oddly enough ive seen the person in front of me get a milkshake more then once, so they must have just shut down the machine for cleaning, right when i ordered...everytime I'm there.

The day staff is friendly and consistent that's why i didn't review at one star, but after service this consistently bad at night, I refuse to go to this...
