I ordered for the first time today on my way to run errands and then head to the cinco de mayo festival. I kindly asked the cashier if they could make me flautas (it’s not on the menu). He turned to the female cook and she lol sort of barked back, “no!” The cashier was super sweet/polite and apologized saying no. I don’t blame her behavior, who knows how long she’s been working today and it’s almost 7pm on a Friday and she rather be doing other things. But from a business woman’s standpoint, it would have been better if she didn’t have a bad attitude when she said it and if she either accommodated or kindly apologized. Good customer service is the maker or breaker of why a customer would return. Again, no hard feelings. I could care less. This is a hole in the wall food truck that really deserves more recognition. The food!!! Absolutely fantastic! We ordered 3 different Birria plates, which we've never had before. Quesabirrias, Birria Burrito, and Birria Tacos. I couldn't get enough if was so delicious. We will definitely be back. Pretty reasonably priced as well. Please stop by, and support these guys. I should have taken a picture of my grease laden hands covered in consumé to show everyone how excellent this stuff is. But then my phone would be too delicious and people look at you funny if you're licking your phone.
