Burger King — Restaurant in Beckley

Went through around 8pm and told them on the speaker I wanted a 10 pc nugget order "dropped fresh how" she said okay, I get to window and after sitting there at least a good 30 seconds I decide to make sure that they in fact did drop me so I asked "y'all dropped those nuggets fresh, right" and the MANAGER says "we didn't have to, I just made me some" I was pretty up set the employee and manager both were just gonna give me what they had instead of making fresh like I asked. I just took them cuz I was on way to take someone to ER but they were of course old and waste of money. If somebody says they want something dropped fresh they should drop it fresh! I have also had my order messed up here once before and have experienced rude service at least two times before....don't think I'll go back unless I...

The bathrooms at this place were soooooo nasty omg 😲 I didn't wanna sit down to poop so I stood up made it in just fine then realized there was no toilet paper ! For some reason there was no ketchup in the dispenser I told the girl with the buck teeth and she said it wasn't her job to fill it up . Wow horrible service there were flies buzzing all over everything It was nasty ! Around 5pm yesterday I stopped in and when my food was ready I tried to get ketchup out of the dispenser on the counter and it was empty. I told a woman behind the counter and she gave me a few packets. The next customers in line had the same issue and got the same result. There were only 2 couples and myself in there at this time, so it's not like they were swamped. It took me a few minutes to eat but when I left no one had done anything to the ketchup dispenser yet. Why have one if no one will take the time to fill it?
