I recently visited the Chick-fil-A location on Harper Road in Beckley, and I was blown away by the exceptional service, despite the chaos of a busy lunch rush with a swarm of hungry school students!

As we walked in, I was a bit apprehensive about the long lines and crowded dining area. But the staff at this Chick-fil-A location were absolute rockstars! They worked efficiently and effectively to keep the lines moving and the orders flowing.

A special shoutout to Casey, who took our order with a smile and a friendly demeanor. She was patient, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed. Her excellent customer service skills truly made our experience stand out.

The food, of course, was delicious – we're talking crispy chicken sandwiches, golden waffle fries, and refreshing drinks. But it was the service that truly impressed me.

So this evening, I placed an order for the 2 Grilled Chicken Clubs which I knew that I was ordering late but the establishment didn't close for 15 minutes prior to my order. When I came up to the window, the order that I placed was put in inncorrectly and the manager at the window said I ordered 2 Grilled Chicken Wraps. I told the gentleman that was incorrect and that I ordered the club and he said that it was a simple accident and that those 2 sandwichs were often easily confused when put in by the staff. I had no problem with that and he and the staff were very friendly to me. But due to this confusion, I ended up waiting 15 minutes in the drive-thru for the 2 sandwiches only. I then told them thank you and drove back home which is in Rainelle, WV which is about 45 minutes away. When I got home, I opened the bag and pulled out the 2 sandwiches only to find that one of the sandwiches had the grilled chicken on it and the other one didn't. Instead of the grilled chicken, they put 2 additional slices of tomatoe on it and sent it out. I don't mind paying almost $8 a piece for a sandwich but if I'm spending that kind of money for one sandwich, I expect everything being up there on it, including the main meal and protein that's in the sandwiches name "Grilled Chicken," period. Enjoyable atmosphere. The food here was very greasy and made everyone who was in the car with me sick. There were no rest stops nearby to use the restroom. I had an accident along with everyone else in the car. The food tasted good on the way down but hurt my stomach really bad. Everyone was up all night and when we got to our hotel, the bathroom could not withstand all of us. We also payed $50 for food that gave us all the poops which was a big inconvenience given the area and the amount of rest stops. We tried to look for somewhere that had a local restroom facility and it created a big time gap in our trip. Overall I wouldn’t recommend this place because my daughter now has a fear of Chick-fil-A. Although not every Chick-fil-A is like this, this was her first time ever eating at one and it just created a bad experience.
