My friend ordered shrimp scampi and had meant to order chicken. When the waiter brought it out he asked “I thought I ordered chicken “ while looking at me. The waiter didn’t say anything and I told him no he ordered the shrimp. He said oh ok and was going ti go ahead and eat it since that was what he ordered. Right before he took his first bite our waiter said if you would like i can take that back and get you the chicken and my friend said that would be great and we thanked him. While waiting my friend went to the restroom and his meal was served before he made it back. Our meal was served quickly in the first place as well. We arrived closer to closing time and i am highly aware (as I have worked the food industry) how frustrating it is to have someone cone in the last 30-60 minutes of your shift. The hostess nor our waiter not once made us feel unwelcome or uncomfortable. Not once did they seem to be disappointed or upset with is and never said a word to us when we were still there 5 minutes after closing. I have been refused service at some places if i get there within 15 minutes of closing andI have been told i have to leave right on the dot of closing time at some. This is my best dining experience to date when it comes to arriving and being there at closing time. The staff not once said anything about what time it was they were never standing around glaring at us like they wanted us to leave but couldn’t say anything. Matter of fact right before i noticed we were 10 minutes past closing our waiter had asked if we would like a refill as i accepted. When he came back with my refill i apologized for while waiting I had glanced at the time. He told me it was no problem I asked for a box and the check and he told me to relax and enjoy my meal and take my time there was no hurry and i told him how grateful I was that he was being so polite but I didn’t want to keep them and my friend and I were fine we just needed the check and a box and we would be out the way. My friend wanting to smoke went onto the car while I waited for the boxes and check thus assuring this man we were ready. I paid with the kiosk on my table & boxed our food and while boxing my food he brought over extra mints for me to take home. He must have heard me telling my friend about how much I loved the mints they give you when you pay your bill and are leaving because he brought over a handful for me. This waiter made my dining in experience my best in my lifetime. I apologized again for keeping them explaining I have worked my whole career as night shift and I have never converted back to a day shift schedule even though I tried and because of that I don’t do much dining out or shopping most of my shopping is on line because i am not a day person. My explanation wasn’t asked for and i didn’t feel pressured to give it i just wanted him to know why we cane in so late as I am bad not to pay attention to time at night because its my normal routine. But i highly recommend eating here if you don’t want to be pressured and made to feel unwelcome when...

Read moreWorse service EVER! And the food wasn't the best.
We got there today, Sunday around 4:10 pm. The place was pretty vacant. Maybe more staff than customers. We got a soda pop and 2 all you can eat salads (w/extra black olives) and breadsticks.
Our food came timely, this first time. However there were only 2 olives in the entire bowl. So much for asking for extra olives. Breadsticks were warm, nice and garlicky.
Our waiter Rob, would walk by our table as the bowl sat empty. He would always turn his head in the opposite direction as he walked by. FINALLY after he took food to the table next to us, which arrived AFTER us, he asked if we wanted more. Well of course. All you can eat salad for 2 adults is more than 1 half filled bowl of salad.
He eventually brought us more salad and breadsticks. Breadsticks were hot but PLAIN tasting. Nothing like batch 1. The salad, not extra olives but it had TONS of croutons. Who wants all the croutons when there is breadsticks.
And again we waited and waited for our server. I was able to get his attention. I said we wanted a little more salad and breadsticks but since we waited to long we needed to go. I told him he can get us another batch of breadsticks TO GO. He did.
The third order of breadsticks again was hot but not as flavorful as the first order.
NEXT- In the ladies bathroom there is an old sign on the paper towel dispenser that say, "turn knob on right to unroll paper towel.". What a JOKE!! It didn't budge and I had to walk ouf of the bathroom with wet hands. I told an employee who was near the bathroom. Her response was "yea we know. No one will spend money to do things right in this...
