Okay so... They forgot that I asked for no Bacon 🥓☣️ Unfortunately, places do this a lot... And I will now be pushing back against it... Any restaurant that does this will get a 1 star review from me when they mess up my order because of this specific issue. They forgot to leave out bacon 🥓☢️ in my cheesy 🍟 fries. I was so excited for them. Was, but then when I got them... Bacon... 🥓⚠️ Right there... Just staring back at me. 😶🌫️👀 This is no small issue, because for some people, they don't eat bacon for religious reasons, so then we feel like the jerks that have to go ask for you to remake the order... When you could have gotten it right in the first place. Read moreI have never had bad food, or bad service at this location. Until today. Inside eating was opened so I went inside. The young lady who waited on me was very nice. Got my food, was getting ready to go to dinning area. I spotted a tray with condiments. So I decided to pick a horsey sauce out of this tray. The young lady did ask when ordering. I see the manager coming to the front. She picks up this tray (that I had just got a sauce out of) and flings it on the other counter. The sound was so loud it startled me. Actually it upset me. I am 65 yes old. I understand the covid rules.
However there was no sign telling me to ask. There was other signs relating to covid. Such as on the soda machine.
I think a better way to handle this was to have those condiments on the counter before the doors were even open to public!

Read moreHi there! I’m absolutely disgusted with my experience at your Bedford Heights, Oh restaurant today. I placed a mobile order, and dined in. Fries were cold, I had to go back up to ask for fresh ones, they wouldn’t give me new ones until they witnessed me throw the cold ones away. I had to back up again to get my missing cheese cup, and then again after noticing my 5 year old son’s burger was completely pink/raw. The manager told me it was suppose to be that way, I didn’t see that on the menu anywhere, she said I had to order it well done. I would like a full refund, the manager there was completely unprofessional and does not know what customer service or hospitality is. I will never visit this location again, and it will probably be a long time before I visit another...
