Stay away. My family member bought a table from the Bedford Heights location. She came back to make the final payment and they had sold it. After selling the item she had in layaway they told her she couldn't even get her money back. I bought a bed and mattress from them and asked would I get a new bed from the warehouse they said yes. Wrong! They gave me the bed and the mattress off the showroom floor. The bed rails were broken and missing screws, they didn't even provide instructions on how to put it together. They delivered the item without a box or even rapped it plastic. They just dumped it in the middle of my living room floor.
