Customer service was good, I bought over $1000 worth of furniture from this place, everything was good except for my headboard and mattress box spring. The headboard doesn't even correctly match the width of my bed frame, and it didn't even come with the screws and bolts to set up on my bed frame. My dad literally had to buy the screws and bolts his own self and set it up his own self. Barely any help from the store. And the box spring is absolutely horrible. I paid $349.99 for the mattress and box spring, also known as a mattress set. The box spring was an extra 100 hundred dollars, and I paid the extra 100 dollars which brought it to $349.99. The box spring isn't even a box spring. It's literally pieces of cardboard stapled together and thin pieces of wood with a covered cloth over it. No actual springs inside. No type of support. The mattress itself is so heavy, one person can not simply lift it up or move it. Me and my dad had to do it ourselves. Tell me how is that going to go on top of a "box spring" that is so light, a 5 year old can literally throw it across the yard, and a full grown adult sleeping on top of it, or two people, is "sturdy" and gone support all of that weight? I literally paid over 100 hundred dollars for a literal box frame with cloth. That's it. And the "box spring" split broke right in the middle. I have videos and pictures as proof. I didn't even have none of this furniture for a good month. And today I went into the store all the manager could say was simply "I sell thousands and thousands of these and you're the first person to ever have this problem" when there was a man and a woman behind us at the front counter and he was telling us about how he was having the exact same problems with his furniture and his stuff was breaking too. And I come and look at the reviews, evidently I was not the only person having the same issues lol 💀 I only got a $54 refund for my "box spring". Also the manager tried playing us saying "well that is a box spring" or "ours is just made differently" and such and such. Like no, if you literally look up the definition of a box spring on Google, it says "a base for a mattress that is made up of sturdy wooden frames and metal SPRINGS." Awful costumer service. I had to call them twice to find out when they were going to deliver my items and they delivered it a day late. They upgraded my mattress that they told me was already upgraded. When it was delivered, it was dirty from being dragged on the ground. I told the manager, Mike about the inconvenience & he agreed to give me a $40 refund in cash ONLY & I had to drive all the way back to the store to get it. I live about 25 minutes from the store, so the next day I drive to get the refund and at 5pm, the store was closed(it is posted that the store does not close until 6pm). I called the next morning (today) and the manager yelled at me, argued with me, cut me off on the phone and told me he could give me a $60 refund, over the phone now. No no no, I want the entire delivery fee I was charged back. After 10’minutes of me stating my case, he agreed to $80 refund. I am choosing to go to the store to receive it because I do not trust anyone in that store. It’s sad that the manager/owner conducts business this way. I went to the store got aporoved for the credit, picked out a mattress now let's get to the delivery. They could not get the box spring up my steps breaking my banister threw the progress, and damaged the box spring told me that I would need a split box spring and for me to come bag to the store and they would exchange it at no extra cost they took the original back. Then when I went to the store they told me it was gonna be another 200 plus another 100 delivery fee. So I told them never mind I didn't want it. To take it off my bill then he tried to push me into other merchandise I did not want or need then I got a email from snap showing my bill went up they still charged me for the split box spring which I never received and another delivery fee plus the box spring that was returned. Over 3000 for shit I don't have.
