Southgate USA — Local services in Maple Heights

I actually go to Signature Health behind Southgate, but I should tell you all Signature Health is AMAZING! It's primarily known for psychiatric treatment, psychological counseling, group therapies, social workers, and especially for addiction treatment with different forms of Intensive Outpatient Treatment, various group therapy including C.B.T. {Cognitive Behavioral Therapy}, one-on-one counseling, and also for those who know of it or seek it they offer excellent M.A.T. services {like with Suboxone, or even Vivitrol, for Opioid or even Alcohol addiction/dependency}, so everyone knows Signature Health has a fully functioning pharmacy,they are wonderful, and they do deliver. You should know that they are also an all inclusive health care provider so they do offer primary medical care as well, I personally use them for everything they offer which is everything I need, other than dentistry which another location offers, just not this one. The customer service in these stores going away from Cleveland depending which area you are in is getting worst. It varies from person to person. It's really weird. It's really hard to figure because one person is one way and another is another way. These areas are getting worse and worse every time I shop and replenish my supplies and the customer service with some people is just terrible. They're nice with some people and mean and rude to other people. Really weird. Maybe I never noticed it because I am about my business and I try to be live honestly and be good around wolves in sheep clothing and in this area you don't know who you're dealing with or talking to. It's not safe so be aware. The neighborhood is a reflection of the people which is terrible. If you live here just work and save up and move out of this area before something bad happens. My car was hit on 12/16/2020 by another shopper Giant Eagle shopper in their parking lot.. we were unable to contact our local police since this is private property.. I went to Giant Eagle to try to retrieve the video to prove who is at fault only to be told to go make a police report which I did only not a police report cause the accident happened on private property so it’s jus a order of service.. took that to my insurance company only for them to be told by Giant Eagle that we need a subpoena to have the video released... All this time jus for a fender bender... I’ve been in Maple Hts for 11 years and this has to be the worst service I have received in my life.. bender should I have to pay for my own car damages when there’s a video on this private property to show what happened and they won’t release it to help me out...Never will I shop in this plaza again and I am definitely...
