Jet's Pizza — Restaurant in Bedford Township

If I could give zero stars I would. I'm a frequent customer of this location and order at least once a week spending about $30.00 per order. I placed an order tonight at 8:20pm online for delivery like I normally do and my payment was processed with a delivery time of 9:20pm. About 5 minutes later I received a call and the employee stats that they are not taking anymore orders for the night for delivery and that they were closing. I offered to pick up my order since apparently all drivers were gone. She put me on hold to ask the manager. When retuning to the phone she stats that the manager Cierra said that their not making anymore orders. I asked to speak to the manager... She gets on the phone like there isn't a issue and says she doesn't know what I want her to do. I offered to pick up my order since my payment was already processed and she was not helpful at all. If you're not accepting online orders maybe you should turn online ordering off before sending everyone home! I asked for a refund. She said she processed it and then said I don't have time for this and hung up! Completely unacceptable and should not be in an leadership role. I've been General Manager for 22 years and this type of leader should not be in charge of a business let alone a crew of people. I really don't think I will return other than making sure my payment was refunded.Take $30.00 a week and multi that for 1 year... That's how much Cierra has cost your business just from my...

Honestly, the pizza is relatively average, the wings are way above average! But the reason I’m writing a review is because I was blown away at the service. The guy that rang me up the last two times was like the nicest worker I have ever met. The customer service was truly excellent. A man in front of me in line had his order online somehow get messed up, and I was impressed with how they handled it with a smile and tried to make it right. Then when I paid, the guy was so nice it made me want to go there again. Think about it, when was the last time you went to a takeout place where the worker was GENUINELY nice. They are usually stressed out and doing the best they can. But I was impressed with Jets, and will return because of the atmosphere the workers create. Thanks Jets for bringing back...

WOW, WOW, WOW!! Jet's is a surprisingly hidden gem nestled into the small shopping center near Kroger. We are new to the area and stopped by for a pizza.

We had the pleasure of meeting the owner who let us know their ranch is top tier. As a ranch snob myself, I can confirm this is correct!! 90% of the time someone says a place has good ranch I disagree, so I was worried about the hype at first, but this is an incredible house made ranch that pairs so well with the pizza.

They offer a 8 corner Detroit style pizza which makes every piece a corner piece. You can even add flavor to the crust! We did garlic and it was delightful.

Truly one of the best pizzas we have had in a very long time. I cannot wait to return and share a slice with friends and family!! Thank you...
