Asian Pearl — Restaurant in Bedford

Food is really good. I would give them a higher rating if they played some traditional Chinese music, and actually spoke to customers more. Im glad they use disposable plates. Thre used to be two nice polite Chinese waitresses that spoke broken English and would try to talk to us in English and they would teach us the Chinese names for the food when we asked, but they were transferred and not there anymore, what a shame as the waitresses now act stuck up and will not talk to customers like the others did. Some of us customers actually like to ask the waitresses where they are from in China and how they like it here. One thing I never understood is why they pronounce Pepsi as "pesi". I tought the other waitresses how to correctly pronounce "pepsi" and they really appreciated the advice. Asian pearl restroom needs redone as it always smells bad, but all asian restrooms smell bad...

My family and I love this restaurant! We occasionally go up to Bedford to see my brother's fiance and her family and we decided to try Asian Pearl. It is now our primary dinner spot whenever we make the trip, it is the best Chinese buffet food we've ever tasted. Definitely the best buffet we've ever been to as well. The whole restaurant is very clean, the staff is so nice, and the food is always so hot and fresh! Everything tastes so delicious and the variety is amazing. My grandmother was very impressed with the salad bar and ice cream machines. The only bad part about this place is that we can't get the food to our mouths quick enough! We always overeat at this place because the food is just too gosh darn good. I could eat my weight in their sushi selection alone and their wasabi is the best I've...

Overall very nice place with great food and friendly employees. However a few things bothered me this visit. I got charged a meal fee for bringing in my baby. And also my biggest reason for coming here is for the seaweed. They have great seaweed. My visit tonight I got the last of the seaweed from their small bowl they have near the sushi area. After that I waited over 30 minutes for them to refill the seaweed but they never did. As soon as I got in line to pay they brought out more. Its was pretty obvious that they were waiting for me to leave since I was the only one there at the time eating the seaweed. Otherwise they would have gotten a 5 star from me but it drops to a 3 after that bs they pulled. It will probably be a bit before I return...
