Your staff needs trained immediately! They messed up our account! They also lied to us about when my husbands phone was to come in! They told him it would come in at the end of next week. We checked our email after we left the store and seen a message that was sent the time that we were upgrading stating it wouldnt be in until February! Then I double checked our account and the rep had put me and my husband's phones on two different plans! He was asking another employee questions and I overheard the other employee say he had no idea just wing it and see what happens!! I worked for an att authorized retailer for 4 years and this would have never been acceptable! Both employees need to be retrained! They have no idea what they are doing! The first time, I was shopping for a new phone and had questions, but was not ready to make a decision that day. The sales staff seemed to want to hurry the process and move on once they knew I would not be purchasing immediately. I went to a corporate ATT store a few days later to make my purchase because of the poor experience at this store. On the second occasion, I needed a nano sim card for my daughters phone. As it was an authorized retailer and not a corporate store, I expected there may be a small charge. However, I was told they were out of stock on these. My issues start with the brunette assisting a random costumer 2 seconds after coming in the store, after helping two men I'm standing directly behind... my next issue was the service I got from the same brunette!!! Now I jus witnessed this lady help 2 sets of ppl with great service, eye contact, laughing. It's finally my time for assistance and couldn't get a straight sentence, no eye contact, not even a fake smile, I mean maybe if I was the same color as the whole entire store my service would have been SUPERIOR AS WELL!!!
