PLEASE IMPROVE THE MARKING OF THE DRIVE-THRU LANES! ADD LARGE TRAFFIC CONES IF POSSIBLE. I WAS YELLED AT BY A LOCAL "KAREN" FOR NOT ALLOWING HER TO CUT AHEAD OF ME AND THE FIVE CARS BEHIND ME IN LINE! I arrived at 1PM to the drive-thru - took 10 minutes due to the lunchtime rush. No worries. Staff was friendly and professional, food was hot. NOTE: The drive-thru is confusing to some it seems. There is a clearly marked single line entrance to the drive-thru that then spreads out to both speaker boxes (see green arrows). But the locals use the parking lot to drive around everyone following the rules and then cut over to the outside lane, crossing over the drive-thru's painted lines (see red arrows). I watched 6 other cars cut into the outside line while I waited my turn. When I got to the split where I could choose to go left or right, I almost had a social media incident when I decided to go to the right, outside lane and not let a "nice lady" in her black Suburban cut in front of me from the parking lot. I should have recorded her ranting at me, hanging out of her window. Priceless. SUMMARY: Hot food, quick once you navigate the drive-thru line. I was mistreated and disrespected by 2 female staff at this location. I had a terrible experience today at the location. The two Spanish female staff who worked at the drive-thru were neither professional and nor knowledgeable.

The features of these two female staff is, one has beige colored hair with a round face, another one with black hair and more rectangular face. They are both age 33-45, who worked at the drive-thru on Sep 4th, 2025 at this location.

They forced me to pay for an additional hash brown even though I already ordered it on the mobile app and only need to drive-thru and pick it up. I tried to explain the situation to them but they didn’t listen or care about their customers. They don’t know how the voice code works and forced me to pay for what I already paid on the app.

What’s worse? The black hair one used disrespectful words towards me, and they didn’t give me the receipt. They even cancelled my mobile order after all this happened to shelter their awful behaviors. They don’t want this to be evidenced.

Well, let's see. I arrived, and used the men's room. I inspected the floor in front of the urinal, and there was a smaller than often found urine puddle. So, I used that, standing in a horseback riding stance so I wouldn't get my shoes messy, then I ordered. (after washing my hands). (Is this too personal?)

Coffee and an oatmeal. Coffee is always good at any Mc's. The oatmeal was assembley required. Not so bad when you are eating in, but when I have ordered on the road and you have to add apple and raisins while going down the highway at 80, it isn't fun. One of the employees at another store told me it is too time consuming. What? I'll have a cheeseburger. Do I get cheese and ketchup and a pickles separate in the bag because it takes too long to put together? The oatmeal was good...
