Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in Bedford

i order 2 pizzas at 9:10pm and they didn't show up until 10:25pm. my original quote time was 30 mins. the 1st time i called i was told my pizzas were left behind when the driver left and that they were short staff so it was taking longer. the 2nd time i called the manager on duty told me she would void the charge to my card and could guarantee the quality of my pizza. the pizza arrived and it was obvious they had been in the boxes awhile. i woke up the next morning to a vm from the manager stating she couldn't void the charge and her GM said i need to dispute the charges with my bank and if i had any questions i could call him. i called the store and asked for the GM by name. his employee told him i was on the phone for him and it was made very clear over the 30 sec conversation the 2 had that the GM did not want to talk to me. eventually he got on the phone and told me that instead of me disputing the charge he would apply a credit to my account for a future purchase. i ordered pizza again that night and attempted to use my credit- the employee who answered the phone said he had not yet been trained on how to use credits on accounts. after several mins and him apparently getting trained my order was put in and it arrived warm and within 30 mins but was incorrect. i called the papa johns customer service line the next day and filed a complaint with them. the lack of customer service and training at this store is ridiculous. them being short staffed is not my problem and it should not have been suggested that i fix their mess up by disputing the charge with my bank. i was told the regional operations manager would call me to discuss within 48 hours. said 48 hours has passed-no call. SHOCKER! needless to say ill be ordering form Pizza Hut next door for my next...

Update: Almost 2 hours later but I did receive my pizza and it was good! Thanks for correcting the issue! I will consider using your services again! Horrible service! Online order for messed up and I immediately called to get the order corrected. Spoke to the manager on duty “Dee”. She stated that they were busy abs only had three drivers with 10 orders. She asked if I wanted my order corrected and I said yes. She said it would be about 35 to 45 minutes and that she would call me when the order was ready for delivery. Well, fast forward an hour, no call & no pizza. I called back and spoke to Dee again. I reminded her about my order and she stated again they we busy and they (this time) only had two drivers and 10 orders. She did not say my order was in progress or anything. I asked who was the General Manager & she stated he was not be there. I said I would call tomorrow. She said he would not be there until next week! I assured her it did not matter, I would be following up on this matter! You want me to pay for a wrong order, delivery fee, and tip? Babyeeeeeee, you got the wrong one! Please note this is the first time I have ordered from them since the racial issue. I wanted to support Shaq but this is ridiculous service! There are other pizza businesses that care about their customers and provide quality service! I should of known something was wrong when I could only pay cash when ordering online! They got my money this time but they will not ever again and I will tell all my friends, family, and anyone that will listen not to order from Papa John’s! I am not...

a woman obviously high on crack showed up to my house and when my 10 year old 20lb beagle barked one single bark to alert me someone was here and i walked outside to tip her in cash (and closed my door behind me) she cussed me out for putting her in danger by ordering delivery while owning a dog because apparently she has had some kind of traumatic experience with dogs in her past. Berated me for 5+ minutes about it before I just told her to have a goodnight and closed the door in her face. I am genuinely concerned about such a mentally unstable person knowing where I live now. I understand we are in a labor shortage but I would rather be told delivery wasn’t an option than let crack addicts have my address and get cussed out for owning a dog that she didn’t even come into contact with. absolutely insane experience. i will never order delivery...
