Bubble & Bean Cafe — Restaurant in Bedford

We got the Thai milk and taro with boba. The boba was extremely chewy almost not able to eat them(rubbery). The taro tasted off to me like perfume. The Thai was decent. We went a few minutes before closing so maybe we just got a rushed order/off day. This was a few months back and we haven't been back. It was pricey and we didnt even finish them. We love milk tea and try new places almost weekly so was a bit disappointed. The waffles were good but if you do take out everything comes separately, by the time you put together its not that great. This is an amazing new spot run by a very sweet couple. It is very apparent that they have put their heart and soul into making their shop cozy and welcoming. I ordered the brown sugar latte, and it was so fresh and flavorful! We stopped by Bubble and Bean Boba Cafe for the first time and really enjoyed it! It’s a super cute little spot with a cozy atmosphere and very friendly employees. Our drinks were delicious...definitely worth the visit. The location doesn’t face the main road, so it’s easy to miss if you’re not looking for it, but it’s not hard to find. Definitely a place people should check...
