Smoothie King — Restaurant in Bedford

*I Give Honest Reviews *! I walked into the smoothie King that I always go to, I order the same thing I always order. Manager really can’t make them right so I’m taking a chance because the guy who does make them right is off today. Whole time I’m paying she speaking to the guy behind me, trying to get his order before she wraps up mines. I step to the side and wait 1.2.3 minutes, old man is out the door and mines Isn’t even made And ☝🏾this was not a pre order for him. I’m like okay, I step up to the counter and mines isn’t even made yet but they’re working on another order. I know how it’s supposed to look. I walk over and just politely ask for a refund because at this point I lost my appetite. I paid with my app but had to get my card for the refund. She made an excuse before apologizing and did offer the disgusting looking $8 smoothie after the fact but it was the principal for me. I will not 🙅🏾‍♀️spend my money where I’m treated like an afterthought. No need to fuss or argue just politely...

Kudos to this Smoothie King location for handling our situation really well. The Doordash driver showed up with only part of our order and then told us that this Smoothie King location simply "did not provide the rest of the order." Then she drove away. We called Bedford Smoothie King, and right away they told us the exact item that the driver had left behind. I'm not sure how to spell everybody's name but Jennifer at the counter and Karen the manager were more than helpful with this. I didn't think they'd give it much time since they're so busy, but they were very attentive and kind. They even took it up with Doordash and gave us a full refund for our entire order. That was beyond what we expected. Thank you Bedford...

The smell is the first thing that hits you when you walk in. The store was clean but it smells like the store was mopped or wiped down with dirty water a mildew smell. I ordered a drink but the woman that helped me kept touching her face and wiped her nose several times with her hand while she was making my drink. I understand that we as people will do certain things without thinking but if you are serving food or making a drink or food DO NOT TOUCH your face or wipe your nose. Wash your hands then continue doing what you were doing. Nope! She didn't do any of that she just continued as it was normal. I grabbed my drink walked out and threw my drink out. There goes almost $10...
