$325 for 2 hours wasted while feeling attacked by staff. Go to Kid Mania for your party instead. We wanted our party here as we attended a friend's party back in May 2024. We were so impressed at how the entire facility ran. We wanted to have our daughters party here. We instantly booked our event. In May 2024, the food was cooked perfectly, service was top notch, we all had so much fun my friend didn't notice that the ticket went up to $432 as we ordered more food and drinks while the kids played.
Big mistake.... August 2024. When we arrived, I wanted to know who our helper was so we could begin getting food and drinks going. I remember the awesome service and couldn't wait. Kids we're arriving and started playing, parents were hanging out getting hungry. We only had 2 hours and rented a party room. I asked the hostess to bring out drinks and asked to provide cups. I have no idea how the process works. Based on what I saw from May 2024, if we request it, make it happen. Happy guest, spend more, right? It took 15 minutes for drinks, then she disappeared, i requested food to be ordered before she left. Food first, then cake, then leave, easy right? 49 minutes for pizza , fries, and chicken tenders to come out. Pizza was meh, but fries and chicken were trash. They have a schedule on how they run a party rental. It took a supervisor to come and explain. I have no idea why the hostess couldn't explain this. The whole staff is under 24 years of age with no work experience. The food was brought and left in the middle of the table. The whole time as guests were arriving, there was no hostess to provide rules and details for kid play. I'm having to hand out socks and wrist bans while the hostess is M.I.A. Turns out she's in another party room making tiktoks. We drank our drinks, and I took the empty drink pitchers to the bar for refills and saw her dancing while the male staff looked on. It was an embarrassment watching them act this way in front of kids. She shouldn't be dancing like that. Every time I had to find someone and ask about items, we never received a " you're welcome our no problem, not even my pleasure." None of the courtesy you would expect when dropping a couple hundred hard earned cash. If I'm paying for it, I want the level of service I provide when people decide to walk into my store. The other times they were hiding in a storage room killing time on their phone.
They only time she was at attention and attentive was when it was time to settle up our bill. She walked us up to the counter to pay acting like she was with us the whole time. They asked about our experience and we told them it was bad. They asked if we wanted to leave a tip for out hostess, we said no. We did most of the work, not them. Not to mention half of the venue was out of service. It was the worst experience having the staff look at is out of the side of their eyes and just a poor experience overall. So much more, just go some where else.

My grandkids were playing Dodgeball & another kid joined them. He got them all out & their was still 3 mins left on the clock. I asked the worker if they can jump until the 5 mins were up & she said yes. (Oh by the way there was no one at the Dodgeball when my grandkids went in to play.) Before you know it this big group of teenagers went in & my grandkids were still inside wanting to play another game, when the worker started the clock, one of the male teenagers grab all the balls to his side so my grandkids couldn't get any. I pointed it out to the worker & the male teenager came running out & got in my face with his finger & shouting at me said mind your business, they aren't supposed to be on there all their doing is jumping. When I responded he shouted over me & yes I shouted back. The girl came out that was with them & said that they had been trying to reserve it for awhile. It is my understanding that you cannot reserve it from the female manager. As the shouting continued, the young male manager came over & told everyone to stop shouting & seperate. I stepped back & the girl with the group stated about the reserving & the male manager listened to her version & I tryed to tell him mine & he said if you don't seperate you are going to have to leave. The lady manager took over talking to me. She was very nice & understood the situation. She verified they weren't busy & there were no birthday parties & you can not reserve the Dodgeball court. Read moreI just want to give a huge thank you to Cadesjah Jackson, the team member who went above and beyond as well as the manager who also assisted, Jason Sammons. I needed help in resolving an issue on my daughter's membership account. I decided to call Urban Air's Corporate Office and thankfully Cadesjah was the team member who answered my call. Although, she wasn't in the membership department, she allowed me the time to explain the issue I was having and instead of passing me off to another team member, she reached out to her manager, Jason. Cadesjah must have thoroughly explained the issue on my membership account to Jason because she let me know that they were happy to help me resolve it. Cadesjah stayed on the phone with me and walked me through everything to solve the issues on my account and there were some other inconsistencies that she also resolved for me. Then, Cadesjah allowed me to sign in to my account to confirm all the changes were taken care of rather than rushing me off the phone. She wanted me to see that all was resolved before hanging up. Cadesjah I hope that you see this review as well as leadership because you are a gem as you genuinely care about your position as a team member of Urban Air as well as doing your best in helping the customers. It was such a pleasure speaking with you as well. I was very impressed with your professionalism, kindness, and patience throughout our entire call.
