If I could give my experience her zero stars I would! I just had the worst experience at this location. I placed a mobile order via the app at 7:38pm the app stats my order would be ready at 7:50pm. I to the location at 8pm and my order was not ready on the shelf as stated on the app. Although there was another order waiting I waited a min and a worker came to me and asked for my name. I gave him my name and he went to one of the young ladies making the food. He came right back to me and told me that their are preparing my food now. There were couples on line also. I watched as their food was prepared and they were served and managed to get their food pay and sit outside and eat. So I waited some more. I seen another young lady preparing a mobile order. At around 8:07 I asked for a manager . This confrontational absolutely rude man came out to great me with a passive aggressive tone. I said I ordered on the app and it said my order would be ready at 7:50 it’s now 8:08 and I’m still waiting for my order. He says oh we short staffed and it’s taking time. So I said I understand your short staffed but people were serviced and there is no one in here. I asked for a refund . He replied in the nastiest way saying oh we dont give refunds in the store you have to call this number. So I asked for a general manager or their card he said he couldn’t give it to me. I asked for his name he said he couldn’t give me that either. He was very combative. So I picked up a card sitting at the counter and the restaurantuer is Sofia Correa. I always order from this location and I have never had an issue until today. Im on hold with their customer service simply because I didn’t get any proper customer service in the store. I sure hope they have cameras because I feel discriminated against. As I sit in the parking lot writing this review. I see people coming in an out getting their food. Read moreThis used to be a pretty good location...but it has gone downhill rapidly. Every time that I make an online order now, I am given a time to pick my order up, I arrive a little before that time, and then spend ANOTHER 20 minutes past that sitting there waiting for them to get around to making it, and half the time the order is either wrong or missing items.
I made an order on March 9, 2021...went to pick it up, and found out that someone else walked off with my order and had to wait for them to re-make it. 35 minutes later an employee hands me a bag and walks off...but I looked at the order and it was someone else's! I tried telling him he gave me the wrong order, and he said "no, that's yours." Actually tried arguing with me that my name was Paul (it's not)...and even after showing him my order on both the app AND the confirmation email, he STILL claimed I was wrong!
Then I made an order last night (April 28, 2021), was told my order would be ready for pick-up at 5:30. I got there at 5:25, went in to wait...and didn't get my order until 5:50! It wasn't busy, there were 3 people in line at the counter, they had 6 people working...but there was ZERO sense of urgency in getting the to-go orders made. By the time I got my order, I was joined by 4 other customers who were all waiting for their orders to be made as well. And when I got the order home, half of it was incorrect (I ordered hard-shell tacos and got soft tacos instead). With that many people working, and with as few customers as they had, there was ZERO excuses for the order to not only be made on time, but made correctly!

Read moreThey slipping here at this location, I did an online order at 9pm and when to pick it up it was guaranteed to be ready at 9:15pm ON 7/10/19 and when I arrived at 9:37pm the order wasn't made, then when I asked if they could make it the service worker got an attitude and I waited 5 more minutes while they served other customers like I wasn't standing there. The service workers at this chipotle are always really mean to me and I do no know why and I finally have had with them.
So I asked for the manager, and when the manager came to me and said they didn't have taco shells the manager just shrugged and said "sorry about that.." when I asked why they didn't make it there wasn't really an answer...and since they didn't have taco shells I guess they didn't make my order...so I asked the manager "why didn't they call the number on the ticket?", and he proceeded to tell me if I want a free meal to contact Chipotle on the 1800 number online and to please be understanding that there are no shells so I don't get an order -- so i told him no I would like some food and that I didn't need a free meal.
The point of giving out your number for online ordering is for you to call when there are situations that need to be explained?
He finally made my food in less than 5 minutes but the service workers behind the counter were snickering and it almost made me not want to ever eat chipotle again. Hire people who give af...or your going to start...
