I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the service I received at your Bedford, TX location on two separate occasions.
The first incident occurred on May 5, 2024, at 8:38 AM. I ordered two classic egg sandwiches and a bagel with schmear, specifying that the bagel should not be toasted as it was for a coworker. However, my bagel was toasted, and the bagels were not cut in half. When I politely asked if my sandwiches could be cut in half, the manager rudely informed me that they no longer cut sandwiches for "speed" reasons. To make matters worse, the manager loudly called a meeting with all the employees to announce this new policy, which was humiliating as everyone present could hear. A few days later, I visited a different location where my sandwich was cut without me having to ask, and they had never heard of such a policy.
My second bad experience at this location was on July 16, 2024, at 9:13 AM. From the moment I placed my order, the staff, especially the cashier Kamini, had a nasty attitude. I was unable to place my order online, so I went inside and ordered two farmhouse sandwiches, one all-nighter sandwich, and a French toast bagel with honey almond schmear. Initially, Kamini tried to charge me for three farmhouse sandwiches instead of two. When I corrected her, she rolled her eyes and made an irritated sound. Additionally, Kamini refused to honor a $3 bagel promotion I had on the app, claiming she didn't see it and that it wouldn't apply in-store. This was incorrect, as the promotion did end up applying when I cashed out. Throughout the interaction, Kamini was rude and unprofessional, making nasty remarks and giving me dirty looks. When I asked the manager for her name to file a complaint, she reacted aggressively.
At one point, Kamini called who I assume is the manager over, and they had to finish cashing me out because Kamini was rude and unwilling to help at every turn in the transaction. This caused further embarrassment as there were people in front of me waiting for their orders and people behind me waiting to place their orders.
To add insult to injury, when I got home, I found that my order was incorrect. Instead of two farmhouse sandwiches and one all-nighter sandwich, I received three farmhouse sandwiches. This mistake upset my younger sibling who had requested the all-nighter sandwich. This experience was the worst I have ever had in any food establishment.
I will never return to this location and strongly advise others to avoid it as well.

Read moreSo I typically go to the Einsteins in Colleyville but heard there was a store in Bedford and gave it a try this morning. The woman that helped me seemed courteous and professional at first. Then I realized how much her customer service skills lacked. I ordered a half dozen bagels (3 plain, 2 blueberry, 1 everything.) Once home I found two of each bagel...might not seem like a big deal but really, a good listener is a big deal in customer service and a telltale sign the employee was actually listening to the customer. Afterall it was a simple order and no-brainer!!
Second issue and probably more pivotal than the first...I requested to have my bagels pre- sliced and did so politely. She made a very noticeable SIGH, let my bag of bagels make a "thud" loud enough for me to hear, then proceeded to slice each of the bagels manually...absolutely voicing her displeasure. I asked her why not use the bagel slicer and her response...."It's broken." Ummm, sorry lady that is not my fault!! Just know that after my experience this morning, I'll be taking my business back to the Colleyville store. They do a better job overall, have a cleaner more tidy establishment despite their much higher customer volume on any given day I have been a patron. I was one of six customers in that Bedford store today....
Read moreI love Einstein Bagel but when it comes to the Bedford Branch, I am never going to purchase any bagel from Einstein Bros. I went to this place and we asked for toasted bagel. They gave us burnt bagel instead of toasted so we went back to complain. The old lady with glass, she was soo aggressive with us for complaining that. She threw that bagel with loud noise and was speaking in very rude manner. After some weeks.. 7:00 AM in the morning, ordered half a dozen of bagel toasted with Plain cream in all of them. Same cashier named, KAMINI.. a lady with glasses, she is one of the rudest cashiers I have ever seen in my life. She told me she could not toast all of the bagel, so I said, it was ok with one of them being toasted. I asked her to put cream on all of the bagels, and she didn't bother to add it. The way she was speaking was really arrogant. Literally, horrible!!! Never going back to the place again with someone having that rubbish...
